Ive never used them, but I hear if you tend to get warm/hot buttons, it helps. I have hesitated as my pinkie might not be able to handle the added strength?

I have heard the same. I too, wonder about the extra pressure needed.

I only get 'hot button' when I vape at .5ish ohms. So, I vape at .6ish ohms.

I'm using the HD spring on my Simplicity. For me, the stock spring is perfect on the P+ and ELA, but it's too soft for the Simplicity. It's quite a bit stiffer than the stock spring, but you get used to it pretty quickly. IMO, Simplicities should come stock with the HD spring.
