I bought a cheap one. Didn't exactly know what I was supporting, better be something agreeable.

The clear anodized alu still looks excellent, the brass serves no functional advantage -just a LE bling version.
Looks like congrevape is sort of a co-op for vapers with ideas, so in essence we are supporting the evolution of vaping products from the user community. Got a "bright idea"? - start a project with them and if it goes into production they handle the sales/distribution.

Hmm. I guess that's agreeable, but they better mind their Ps & Qs.
Anyway, it looks to be a versatile tool.

I think both the darkzero and qvapes coil helper are great for those in need. I like that the qvapes has more rods available and easier to change out.
One thing I see that could be improved on both designs, is that the screw should be replaced with a thumb screw so no tools are needed.

As cool as they are, I will just continue to use my drill bits. If I was to choose, I think I would go with the darkzero one cause its half the price and supports a fellow member

I agree on the improvement, the 1st thing I'll do is replace that philips head with a thumb screw from the hardware store. The clear anodized alu is $23, just the same a Darkzero's.

Thanks for the clarification. I have thumbscrews but not sure they have the right threads.
I do not know why these guys did not use a thumbscrew to begin with, maybe price...idk.

Agree, thumb screw should have been a no brainer and they do come in many thread sizes.

So now we have different rings, different bottoms and tops for the ELA. What is the next step in the ELA evolution? I present the ELA Baton.

Picture it: You are out walking and vaping and maybe thinking about what it would be like to lay on the conveyor belt of the glazing machine at Krispy Kreme with your mouth open when all of a sudden some societies rejects (undoubtedly wearing their snap cap cocked on an angle and their baggy pants so low it looks like their underpants are outer pants, their primal way of displaying both their disregard of "the man" and their "never gonna earn more than minimum wage" anger) decide to hassle you for some of your hard earned cash. With a quick flip of the wrist, your gleaming stainless steel ELA sporting a Strata becomes a weapon perfect for cracking knoggins and damaging genitals. Within moments, the thugs are on the ground and you are back to thinking about donuts on your walk.

Beautiful, Haunted....... that is the Sphreoid? Just lovely, Oh I posted something for you on the general chit chat.....

That's not mine, I just found it on the net.

I also just found this on the net. How good will this look (with black grips) next to my inbound ELA? I can't believe I found my gun unicorn!

That is a beauty, would look great with black grips and next to my satin ELA:) My eyes are really bad, what is it, looks very much like a 1911 style?

Re: 1/21 Shipping notice. Movement! Departed! On it's way! Hope it is ELA #2! :)
Re: 1/24 Shipping notice. No movement. Think it is the caps.

I am looking forward to next week's update for the ELA.

I might just make it into the next batch with a bit of luck 165**

Rojo didn't you just get the flat bottom button a couple of weeks ago, what is up with all the scratches?

Ah, those are just surface scuffs thrown into sharp relief by the lighting and angle. They aren't as deep as the picture would lead you to believe. Be that as it may, my mods are used and enjoyed with no reservation. They aren't trophies to sit on a shelf and look pretty. They aren't babied.
