Precise ELA Telescoping Mod by Super-T!

Have used my Polished ELA for a few days now. It looks great, but I have to say I'm still a Satin guy at heart.

I'm just the opposite! I use my satin all the time so my polished stays nice. The polished is so stunning.

I think we are saying the same thing. The polished looks nice but I prefer using the satin. High five!

Battery rattle with 18490/18350. Don't care about 350 but I am mainly 490.
4 diff aw imr nipple tops used. Some more than others. The slant top with spheroid. Poor mans Nahual . So far my favorite setup.

Now that ECf back up. How do I get rid of this rattle. 18650 with sony no such rattle. Thought it was the sov slant caps (oops)..but it's the same with all super t caps. Happens with the kayfun as well

I like the Satin and I have enough spare parts for Ody to spare a set. Heck I can even do one anodized Black too..... Someday.....

Have you tried to adjust the top contact or using the thicker o-ring under the battery. You could use one of those little battery spacer magnets? Im sure David might have an answer for that .

Snork has a satinized Ody, it looks great , but I guess we are weird. I can understand , satin is not everyones cup o tea, in most photos it can look flat and not too pretty, but in person its like its sprayed with smokey diamond dust.

I would be happy, if everything I own had the ELA 'polished' finish.

It is beautiful, and if I had to choose only one, of course it would be hard to choose , but the polished is the best all around finish.

Id want to have all my Odys , except the one that will be satinized and the other one that will be black, to be Super-T polished. I want it to be done RIGHT, Maybe someday David will have time to do it, or I will send them to vape n Shine

I know a few people here have done the beautiful " Super T Polished" but I dont have the guts nor the equipment. I want it to be perfect.
