...................Rattle issue resolved. It was the satburn switch. Went back to stock switch. I have to say I prefer the stock switch. It fires effortlessly and the rounded edges makes it feel just right in your hand. Wish this thing arrived months ago would have saved me money spending on other mods. Locking switch for out and about and satburn for home. Since receiving this I've fire sold most of my mods and trimmed it down to my chi gp and elA

I believe, two accent rings doesn't quite do it. Magic Dragon Puff bought a wedding band to fill the remaining gap. See post #13837.
In my opinion, the ELA looks her best in 500 mode. At first, I was not thrilled with the look of the tube in 650 mode. But, it grew on me.
Still prefer an 18490 and kick. Guess that would be the 18650 mode.

I agree with you. I wish the ELA in 650 mode looked like it does in 500 mode. In 18500 mode it looks perfect.
I wish I had an extra one to sell you. David will make them again though. Did you at least sell it on ebay at a huge profit?

I actually had Some one offer to buy mine. I won't disgrace the thread with the offer they made. But I will say it took a while for me to stop laughing.

I know David talked awhile back about doing tapered caps. I would personally really dig a 22mm tapered cap. Also, I am still really interested in the solid body for the ELA as well. I really only use two types of batteries at the moment (AW IMR 18490 and Sony VTC5's) so the loss of flexibility could easily be handled.
I sold my first one to get a Beretta 85FS in nickel finish, new unused. Well worth it considering I had two more ELA's coming and they are no longer importing the Beretta. An odd phenomena in vaping and the 21st Century is so many people will pay anything for something now. It's not gouging if people are stepping up to the plate to spend that kind of money. I'd sell one ELA for $1200 if I knew I could get that on eBay because I know more will be made and I don't mind waiting. That being said, I'd just buy another ELA because between that and my P+ 18650, I don't need anything else. There is no more latest and greatest for me because nothing else will do it any better than what I already have.
