Hmm, that's interesting, Lou. How much juice does it hold like that, or did you leave the inner cone out and are just dripping on it?

Just dripping...it holds over 20 drops, but for some reason, I can't get the hang of these tanked drippers...I feel like something is missing...also, I change juices all the time, which doesn't suit the k that much...3 wrap of some unidentified ribbon around 2 strands of 3 mm silica, and that puppy is finally rocking...I bet the k light is even better...might have to look into that, or a 91% but as it stands right now, the colors/finishes are exact...

It looks like a brushed finish vs the usual high polish, is that correct?

And I think the non drip should change the draw somewhat

Yeah, I asked in the order notes for my drip tips to be finished to match my ELA. Super-T generously obliged. :)

Nah, the draw isn't affected. Regardless of which drip tip I use, the draw is determined by the adjustment screw in the base of the kayfun. Doesn't matter whether I use a wide mouth t-tip or the stock Kayfun tip.

Excellent idea. I know that the mini can be set up as a dripper, but this is the first time I've seen someone do it with a 3.1. I'm gonna have to try that later!

Love the "Guardian" Transformer? I love robots, I have an the top shelf of my wall unit with various Power Ranger robots and various Godzillas.

I think the box called him Jetfire, but he was Skyfire in the cartoon series. I've got a bucket full of 1st generation Transformers that survived my childhood in varying states of abuse from countless battles.

The only time I got ShockWaved was with the P+18350. I waited and debated, thought and tried to be rational, in the cart out if the cart for months. Finally I decided to buy it, cracked my knuckles and typed in my CC. I was unaware that moments before it had sold out, not to be available again for quite some time. Eventually I picked up a used one. Saved $5! But it will never be one of my faves because it has skullfreak's cooties all over it.

Still no email and no movement i guess. Hopefully it will just show up at the door or something.

me too 15203

Have you two emailed David yet? Posts can get drowned here pretty quickly (especially in this thread) and I think he responds to emails as he reads them. Might take a couple of days but you'll have your answer.

I'd give it a few days. Order 15185 just arrived today. Wait til you see another 152xx being shown off before starting to worry. It could take a week or two before anyone gets to your email, so you'll probably receive your ELA's while waiting for a response anyway.

agreed not worried.... what i wanted was the #.... 15188 is kosher.
the only time there was a glitch was my first ELA was pre-ordered when i logged in to SuperT with my old email addy and i ordered it before i changed it... meaning the order was logged, but the new email addy didn't sync with the new registration.... TMI i know, but the shipping notice was sent to the old email addy.

In other words, no glitches on SuperT side.... none.

That didn't work for me on the lite, I must of did something wrong.

I just set my KF3.1 up as a dripper, and its working great! You can't screw the top cap down all the way though. If you do, the inside of the top cap will touch the coil or posts and it will short out on you. I could feel the inside of the cap touch the posts as I was threading it on. I knew it would short out, but I hit the switch anyways and burned my finger a bit. I loosened the cap a tad, and it fired up perfectly. To prevent from screwing it down all the way, I swapped the top cap o-ring for a slightly larger one. I doubt that I'll use it this way for long, but it was fun testing it out!

Thanks for posting this. I had assumed with other tank rebuildables I've owned that I would need to buy some super out of stock piece to convert the Kayfun into drip mode. It's a little fiddly because it seems like you can't screw the bottom extension on all the way, or the top part. You have to almost half thread them both on and make sure you have an o-ring seal.
