Ok, so I finally got off my .... and ordered some Kanthal A1 Ribbon Heat Resistance Wire - 0.4mm x 0.1mm and some 2mm Ekowool Wick - Hollow, 5 meters of each which should be enough to last me quite awhile. Those selections based on some of your inputs when I asked earlier about KFL setups.

So 1st order of business, just want to confirm this should be fine for the KFL right? - I didn't lose anything in the translation of all my notes.

2nd order of business - the juice! Going to buy from the Plume Room and heard from some of you that the Vanilla Caramel Frappuccino and Banana Pudding were pretty good. Anyone try both and do they have a preference? How do these juices hold up over time, I read the Vanilla Caramel Frappuccino loses some of it's flavor after awhile.

MDP - The wire and wick you have chosen should be fine, I find the Kayfun pretty flexible in terms of different builds. I believe the ribbon wire you have chosen is quite narrow so it will lend itself well to higher resistance builds.

Having said that I've changed my Kayfuns to use microcoils and cotton. If you haven't done so already check out the micro coil thread here http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/rebuildable-atomizer-systems/416271-micro-coils-increase-vapor-flavor-th.html

It's a huge thread but it has some great information in there.

I personally find the microcoils provide better flavour and great vapour, are easy to build once you get the hang of it, and provide greater consistency in quality. That's just my opinion but I think it's worth an experiment.

Good luck and have fun!

Finally got around to a picture of my recently arrived Super-T's

After much deliberation I've started them both off with drippers and both are working superbly:)

According to the temco website, the .4 x .1 ribbon kanthal is comparable to 32 gauge round kanthal. The 2mm ekowool is similar to 3mm twisted silica, which is what I use in my Kayfun. I think you chose wisely.

I haven't tried ribbon kanthal yet, but I have some ordered for an immortalizer clone rda, also on order. The immortalizer's connections are slotted to accept ribbon kanthal.

I tend to prefer 34 gauge kanthal, so I might've preferred .3 x .1 ribbon. Temco doesn't carry that size, though, and I didn't feel like ordering it internationally.

Thanks fordski, great info and I will check out the micro coil thread, not afraid to experiment at all :)

Thanks rojo, was hoping that was the case. As soon as that stuff comes in I'll get to work on some creative coil building!

I've tried both and the VCF is my favorite but banana pudding is still very good. I haven't noticed the VCF loosing any flavor aside from the first few days of steeping but then again it never lasts that long.

Dave, what dripper is on the ELA? It's nice to see one big enough to look natural on it.

So I just bought a Highly Polished Provari... It looked like a chrome mirror.... Me being a Satin mod man I sold it the next day.... Bling bling fingerprint smear magnet it was..... I am so glad David does his polished versions in a semi polish so the prints don't show up... There is a method to his madness I guess;)

You could have used a little scotch bright or fine sandpaper on it.

icucme2/TutsiGarcia - Well I bought 20 ml of each to give both a fair shot, I like coffee so maybe the vcf will be right up my alley, the banana pudding I think already a winner, I like anything banana.
