Thanks for the link. I did read up on that yesterday but I did not have enough posts yet. I believe this post will get me to me the criteria. Thanks again and I will definitely check out the classifieds once I become verified.

By the way, what part of Colorado you from? I live in the Springs

EDIT: I guess I only needed 20 posts:blush: Sent my request for verification...on my way
I'm out in the far Northern reaches of Denver metro.

As a newer vaper, what lead you to Super-T?

My cousin that got me looking into vaping lives In Broomfield.

I tend to have a different way of thinking when it comes to certain things. I Do not ever start at the bottom. I wanted to find something nice, Preferably USA made, and something that would stand up to my lifestyle.

Just in the USA aspect, Super T seems like it is the best product out there that fits my likes and needs. I was initially looking for a telescoping mod and the ELA from what I have seen has the best design out there period. I do not want to have to carry spacers and the screw type like my magneto takes quite a bit of screwing.

I work construction in underground utilities; directional drilling/heavy equipment, etc. I need something that will stand up to my work environment. I am always drawn to quality, higher end things. Super T seems to fit me well.

I know I am very new to vaping and have a ton to learn about everything, but a good telescoping mod like the ELA is where I really wanted to start. Once I figure out the things I like or dislike; I can venture out from there. Hope some of this makes sense.

EDIT: also another good point above me, is warranty. I do not think anyone offers a warranty like David does

You and I have the same 'different way of thinking'. The ELA is perfect! :)

I was in NYC, just enjoying my ego's. I didn't know there was anything better but I was admittedly frustrated with the quality and had gone through like 6 of them already. We were walking down 34th street on our way to the Empire State observation deck when something hit me. I mean HIT me. Knocked me out cold. I woke up in the ambulance and the they said to keep calm, it looks like I was gonna be ok because the titanium plate I had in my head had saved me, I just needed some stitches (and eventually a new plate because this one was dented and my hair sat funny). They had to shave my head. When I was all stitched up I went into the bathroom to look, there staring back at me was a reverse P in a circle and I was like "... is that?" Turns out someone accidentally dropped their P+ off over the deck and it hit me square on the knoggin. The EMT's gave me the P+ 18350 in case I wanted to sue the guy but I never found him. I was so impressed it dropped 102 stories and the only damage to it was some scratches I became a Super T fan for life. (I'm also a fan of Titanium plates. Mine had to be replaced but it absorbed the blow pretty well. When I count now, I accidentally forget the prime numbers but but how often do you need the ones past 20?)

I have a plate in my head as well.. Ejected out of a car @ 50mph about 15 years ago.. Should have been dead but here I am.. I've also been shot twice..

How I found Super T was dumb luck.. I actually stubbled upon David before he was Super T.. I was checking out the modders sub forum here on ECF and bumped into his post about the T1.. The rest is history....

Crazy story! Glad it all turned out well for you though. I keep looking at other mods, then think about the ELA; there is no comparison IMO, especially the telescoping mods.

Holy crap, y'all are unlucky. I don't have any metal plates and I've never been impaled on or bludgeoned by a Super - T mod.

I don't really remember what made me decide my ego batteries weren't cutting it, but the day i decided, the P+ 18500 was announced. A quick pm or two to a couple of people i knew told me that Super - T's reputation was solid, so I picked one up. Other mods have come and gone, mech and electronic alike, but I've kept the P+ and still use it from time to time. And now that it's getting a Strata, i daresay it'll be used more than ever very soon.

And now the only mods I own are Super - T.

Man! You are so lucky? How did you get shot twice? I can't get shot no matter what I do. Some times I get drunk and walk through the Austin neighborhood and talk and act all street trying to provoke a response. Sure enough, just as an initiate pulls his 9, one of the the gang leaders says "Hey, he's a middle age white guy trying to act ghetto. Don't shoot him, we can't reward that kind of behavior. LaMikequisha, knock his ... out and drive him home. And take his wallet." After the 4th or 5th time, I stopped bringing my wallet.

Mine were 'on the job' so to speak..

Nothing life threatening though, one in the leg and one in the shoulder.. Several years apart from each other..

I don't even notice the one in the shoulder any more but I do have a lump of dead skin there. My leg is another matter as I have blood flow issues in that one but it's all good.. Guess the surgeon on that one didn't do such a bang (pun intended) up job..

But hey I am not complaining.. I retired at 43 and have not worked a day since..

Hahahahahahaha

Some day someone will see this, and they wont admit it, but they'll know it was theirs :)

I miss mine. I sold it because I needed some fast money. I made a bet at midget wrestling I was "told" was a "sure thing" by my buddy Scooter. Tiny Mighty Tim had odds of 20 to 1 against Hercules the Homunculus but the fix was supposed to be in. Suffice it to say, Hercules kicked Tim's micro ..... My bookie at midget wrestling sent his "Enforcer" over to collect. I tell ya, when a midget enforcer asks you for cash and you laugh at him because you think he is adorable for trying to act tough, your testicles and shins will know right away he means business and doesn't like being laughed at. When he came to collect, I was wearing a cup and hockey shin guards. I have two more coming so letting it go was a good choice but I can't wait until the next one shows up.
