This is the basic idea. All you have to do is hold the wire with your left hand and spin the plastic thing with your right. I have one lady that even uses a pr of vice grips to hold that free side.

Wire just threads under a rubber band (I've since upgraded to orings) and down the hole in the end.

Here's the quick vid. Zoom sucks at the end. Its a tight coil though.

It's fantastic the help you can get here on ECF. I've got arthritis and found that a small 1 inch "C" clamp helps a lot.
And lots and lots of light. :)

Oooohhhhh.. Wow when i saw the pic i thought this is awesome.. It looks clean.. So is the super t ela flat bottom button gonna be similar to this? As in the whole button will be tclose to the diameter of the ELA? Or is the buttons diameter the same as the stock one?

Nope, the SuperT will use the existing button in a flat housing. I'm not sold on that idea tbh.

One concern is that you'd need to be more "precise" :p in finger position and maybe more dexterity is required to fire a smaller diameter button in a flat housing. Hope this is taken into consideration in the design.

Yeah I agree. As the ELA is way larger than a P+ it certainly should have a button radius to match it IMO.
But a locking feature might come in handy once in a while.
But I'm a bit disappointed with keeping the original button.

Hi Blix, why are you disappointed with keeping the original? From what I understand it will just replace the slanted part and utilize the contacts and the slide. Cant wait to see it and Im sure it will keep with ELAs beautiful design.
