It might just be me, Snork. It might be that I'm just seeing what I want to see, but I'm definitely noticing a rise on the dripping method. It's like a "come back" from 3 years ago. IMHO, probably due to easiness, variety of dripping RBAs being brought to the market nowadays. I'm not complaining :). Dripping felt like a lonesome sport after carto tanks started taking over.
Nic
hey I never thought of it like that... yeah on the lonesome... for a year after gensis atomizers started I stuck to dripping because it was so much better in flavor than a carto or carto tank even, and most vapers entering at that time didn't want to master the fine art of dripping. ( i didn't want to master the genesis lol)
- "hybrid atomizers" (a 510 with 306 internals) for even better flavor (a la hh357)... came out about the same time as genesis'.
So did rda's.... which were also better than conventional dripping attys.

that said, I finally gave Genesis a try with sub 1.0 Ohms after all the noise about it, and I'm hooked....
so... Dave, please consider a SuperT Genesis rebuildable atomizer to go with your line of mechanical APV's!!!!
(I'm sure this request has been voiced already)

Uke, I have the impression that with Dave's new CNC his only limit would be his imagination :). Since the ELA showed up, I'm really doubting that Dave's imagination has a limit. It's a good time to be alive :toast:

This is the reason as to why, sometimes, I'm reluctant to read these forums. Another toy that I just "might" have to buy it.

Dripping atty how I love thee

Nic

Pssst The Pride another dripper from the philippines, not yet to have set foot on the us soil, but soon my friend, very soon. :D

Another capable of quad coils like the nimbus, post like the era or hornet, with adjustable air flow.

heee hee I do love my drippers.

Hopefully now that the ELA is almost here, David will start up the Stratus project again!!!

Can't wait to see what that's all about. The thread on it was so cryptic and hush-hush, though I don't think it was a genesis type. I'm hoping the ELA will be able to be converted to the first dual coil dripping hybrid, but I'm sure whatever the Strata is to be, it will definately be the best compliment to the ELA you can get!

I for one can wait in line for my dripper, I don't mind waiting one bit (we drippers are use to not having the high tech stuff). If ever there was a temptation to become a gennie user, the strata may peek my interest (is it strata or stratus? I think I may have been saying it wrong this entire time). Doubt I will convert but I am eager to learn more of the design. :)

Well, that sure looks like a 510 drip atty on top of the ELA in David's avitar, I think we're in good hands!

+1

Patiently waiting for Strata news. Hope it's next on the development queue!!

Bit the bullet and just placed my order for the ELA! Man I'm excited. First Super-T product and first mechanical so hope it all lives up to the (seemingly well deserved) hype.

I bet once we get them in hand we are all going to wish we hyped them up even more than we have now. Lol

I remember the details being kept under wraps, but I'm pretty sure that it was David's take on an RBA. I remember something about not needing to replace wicks with it. Initially it was going to be an all in one unit with a universal 510 RBA part to follow. I'll keep my fingers crossed, but until then, I'll impatiently await for my ELA!

i can vouch. im using a dual coil on an igo-l with a Precise +18500. my ohm is at 0.24. im guessing thats about 57 watts?

I'm super excited to see David's ELA in my Genesis arsenal for sub 1.0 Ohm vaping.
Can anyone vouch for the Precise+ as a SuperLowResistance device?
I don't know squat about technical stuff that makes a device good for that.

To be honest, once you get to wattage like that you're going to be limited more by the battery than the mod, though better conductivity will give you more oomph.

In theory, the ELA should perform really well in that respect.

I CANNOT Wait to get my ELA...let me say i bought (to hold me over) a Volcano Inferno pass thru 650mah battery for $19.99 compared to my volcano magma mega battery which is Only 180mah i thought it would be a bit better in every way of course it lasts a bit longer in between charges...but...what a peice of sh....it is other than lasting longer...i get a much more solid hit from the mega magma battery im guessing because the magma has atleast gold plating in the center post area where the inferno i think is just chrome plating? anyway i feel like im just inhaling nothin but air when i use this Inferno battery such a disapointment...i know when i get my ela and press that fire button im geting quick precise power transfer from battery to carto.
