The delivery time was, and still is, quite clear on the website. I have several p+ mods and was looking forward to owning another super t creation.

well thanks Vaptamist... always good to fight to keep a persons good name in the light of reason.
SuperT has always had a great rep... and I was frankly taken back by the first post...
Good things take time... how many ways does this have to be presented especially in the vape world?
A pre-order for something this good is as good as it gets... I'm old school. I was delighted to get on the list even if it was a bit late which was good for me. Less wait time in the end... i hope anyway.

*Apparently Poseidon has a couple of Precise+ so its not like he's not going to be able to vape his head off while he waits. That's what i don't get.

I understand impatience, and wanting something NOW. I also understand not wanting to spend money on something I have to wait for... But, it was very clear all along that this was an all-new revolutionary device, and it was ESTIMATED to be completed in 6-8 weeks. I wouldn't have taken the slightest offence at him simply saying "I just can't wait any longer, I'd like a refund". What I can't stand is someone acting like they were promised a date and the vendor failed. Normally I don't chime in on trollposts but this one just ...... me off.

I did get a laugh from your post, Nach. However, being a father of a 6 yr old, I recognize a temper tantrum when I see one. The only way for it to end is by ignoring it. Although, just like with my son, it took a HUGE amount of willpower not to respond. Even still, that guy's a real:censored:, and he doesn't deserve to reach vaping perfection that only the ELA can one day bring the rest of us. I for one am glad he opted for a refund!

Farewell, to you, Poseidon. Its too bad that it had to get so dramatic. Something simple like stating ones concerns, getting what they wanted out of it, and then to keep "twisting" the blade to get a point made never seems to surprise me. It always seems like they had an alternative reason for the unnecessary drama.

When you go on to the Super T page the first thing you see is "contact sticky" or like in all pages you know that the forum site representative usually checks in and answers questions etc on at least one of the threads, so you can get help by asking a question or PM the rep.

There was so much info on the ELA thread, and even if one didnt want to go thru all the pages, he could have asked for info or started a new thread anytime along the way.

I went to his profile page and he does have a lot of posts regarding hard to find higher end MODs so, he must know that sometimes these things take time. Maybe he just wanted his money to get something else, or who knows ? Just seems like the whole thing was just unnecessary, to make Super- T look bad, like he had an agenda. He said he had a Precise Plus so he must have known that Super-T was not a flaky company.

Seemed like he went out of his way to keep himself out of the loop. Maybe he is one of those persons who would never be satisfied. It just all seemed illogical to me.

I saw a person the other day get mad because they didn't read the description that was clear to everyone else. You know that person demanded they get this unreal request or a refund. They got the refund, it just strikes me as funny that I witnessed two people yesterday get mad because they didn't want to take the time to read.

I think some spend money they truly don't have then when it dawns on them they think they have to cause a big bruhaha in order to get the money back. Just my opinion.

He was just causing trouble. Even I know you're busy and have gotten replies to my emails. He claimed 7 emails slipped through your hands. I just can't see that being the whole truth.

Water under the bridge now.

I received two emails from him, not seven. Both of them arrived in my inbox yesterday afternoon, the first asking for a status and the second asking for a refund. They were answered within half a day as follows:

No problem and we apologize for the inconvenience. Refund has been keyed and it should post back to your account in 2-3 business days.

Hi can I ask if anyone has emailed regarding an order and was told to pay by western union?
I'm not doubting that super-t is a scam. but anything involving western union, i feel that i have to be sorta cautious.

PS: forcedfuel50 pls confirm before i can send the money over...sorry for the trouble.

That was me who emailed you:) Some countries we only accept Western Union as a form of payment.
