Do you have links?

Indiana. It will be illegal to buy or sell liquid nicotine unless one is an authorized dealer with the appropriate license (essentially a juice manufacturer). Breaking said law will be a felony. This will essentially make DIY more illegal than possessing some other well-known "substances."

I can see it now.

"What are you in for?"

"Murder. How about you?"

"Oh, I was DIY'ing my own e-juice."

I started to do some DIY, although I'm only in the experimentation phase, so I'll be able to vape. I've got a Reo, a VF 40w clone, a Paragon clone, and a new 'small' dual 18650 box mech...of course, I've also got a bunch of drippers, Subtanks, tanks, coils, etc. Only thing I would need yet would be some more kanthal and some nic in a freezer (once I get my own place again). I would love to 'stockpile' more, but at the moment, it's just not possible.

As far as the legality of vaping in the future? Who knows. Vaping in the privacy of your own home would be one thing (if it is totally banned - playing devil's advocate here for a minute), but what about while driving? What about in your yard? Will I still vape? Absolutely - it's kept me from smoking for this long, no sense in stopping now since I'd rather not smoke again. As I said before: If BT and BG were smart :)lol:), there would be a reasonable tax and BT would sell small amounts of unflavored nic juice...but I think we all know how smart they are...

Not only harder, but illegal. Get caught and you spend some serious time in jail. At least, that is what some states are proposing.

BT doesn't like competition and they are doing everything in their power to shut vaping down (or at least make it so their crappy cigalikes are all we're left with). Make no mistake, they are the one's writing these bills (as is common -- lobbyists write most bills which our wonderful Congressmen don't read).

Maybe if some people bring the facts to light... Maybe if some lawyers and the like can fight this under the grounds that it is unlawful and unjust and make the public aware that the government/FDA have been lying to them to appease big tobacco... Maybe if we all collectively riot in the streets...Maybe some of this stuff could be successfully appealed.

I know it's an unrealistic long-shot, but we gotta try fighting for what's right and stand behind vaping and against the bad guys... right?

FWIW, I have no qualms with resorting to the black market and being considered a "criminal" as an alternate to going back to overpaying big tobacco to poison me.
