Here in Texas Cigs cost about $5.50 to $8.00 for retail.

We were doing RYO, Roll Your Own, with an injector and pre made filter tubes.
Injector was about $85.00, Tubes were about $2.50 for a carton (200 tubes) and about $22.95 for 14 ounces of Silver leaf Tobacco, about 2.5 cartons worth. So about $6.25 for tubes AND 22.95 for leaf, a total of about $30.00 for 500 cigs or about $12.00 A carton of cigs. Takes about 45 minutes to make a carton.
We would spend about 120 every 2 weeks for supplies.
Also I installed a vent to suck out the smoke in our home office.

Since we started vaping the equipment has been costly, but still under a huindred for each of us. (eGo Stylus Kit from All About Vapor). The Juice is about $45 for a Bottle Size of 120ml or $15 for a 30 ml bottle.
Two to three 30 ml bottles seem to last about 2 weeks. About $45 for each of us. about $90 every two weeks as opposed to 145 for RYO and $600 for retail.

Cost savings for vaping vs retail analogs is very significant.
Cost savings for vaping vs RYO is minor but noticeable
The lack of wheezing, the lack of stinking up the house, the ability to not exhaust heat and ac out of the house and vape in a closed car, PRICELESS!
