the v3.1 was the first mod I ever built, and there's been a whole lot of em since. Remember, after you glue the connectors, give it 12-24 hours to dry; that's what I would do. I had a real problem with glue failing, but that was my only hiccup. Otherwise it was fun, just take your time.

Yeah, I think the issue may be my personal relationship with CA glue.

No, more like a history of glue failures, then using too much, or too little. I've never been able to get the "use a drop of ca glue and it adheres in a freakishly strong way", so there it is, no kinky, just a lack of freakishness.


but I have found a solution; put on a thick layer of gel ca glue and let it dry for hours

Yeah as soon as gdeal mentioned it I ordered one from eBay. Worked beautifully on my 4 pekos.

do you know if the magnets were included in the old co-op are the correct ones for your 4.2?
