When we first got our husky we read so many stories online that all pretty much said "huskies runaway the first chance they get"..... our husky has not "runaway" yet. We came to the conclusion that perhaps these were people who did not give their husky the amount of exercise a day needed or had them tied up. Alot of those stories also said huskies are terrible dogs...we decided those people were obviously idiotsBlizrd the Troll will not run, he's too old, fat, lazy and knows where the food source is. max would probably wander off looking for someone to play with, so he gets playmates every Sunday at a local park with 8-25 other Huskies, just depends on the day.

My buddy is such a sweetheart, loving, and very attached to the hip! Lol He likes to be a part of everything, and he goes with us everywhere. Such a fun and sweet breed.
We would like to get a female to breed with our male when they get old enough and then keep one of the babies to then have 3 in totalIf you're looking to rescue, I know of an excellent one out in your direction!
So I just got home 10:20 at night, from plumbing all day (still not done.. One of the connectors has a slow leak, gotta take it back..) and what do I find? My kitchen sink of leaking, whole cabinet is soaked. REALLY?!?!no UFC here...lol...and having to do plumbing is no bueno
Awww! That is just too sweet looking for them! Some girls I grew up with had a dog that was half shepherd and half husky... it lived at their grandparents, one street over, because they had a fenced yard, but that dog got out at least once a week, and would run down the road, looking for Lisa and Laura. Our first one was a runner...you have one of the few that doesn't! They won't adopt out an unaltered female. Nowadays, most shelters won't, either. We would like to get a female to breed with our male when they get old enough and then keep one of the babies to then have 3 in totalOur last dog was a rescue, and he was such an amazing friend. What is the name of the rescue?
My husband has "restless everything" syndrome.. every 3 minutes, he wiggles some body part, usually his legs but sometimes his entire body just jumps... and he snores like a freight train at 60mph.... It was either kill him or get separate bedrooms, so i could get some sleep! Now I sleep extremely well; the bed stays still, and I have a white-noise fan to block out the noisy neighbors and their noisy dogs!

Jim has sleep apnea, and snores horribly. They never really get into a deep sleep cycle because their breathing, or lack of it, disrupts them.Same with my hubby but he's taking something for it and hasn't jumped for a long time, so once I talk to him in the morning, I'll let you know what it is he's doing about it. I thought it strange that he'd sleep all night, snoring loudly doing it, but once up in the morning, he'd be right back to sleep on the couch ?? obviously not enjoying his night's sleep much, if he could go right back to sleep some more..??? He doesn't return to sleep as often now-a-days, in the mornings. Strange folks, those guys we live with, eh? 47 yrs and counting! I'm sure I have some quirks that he could tell you, as well.
My this place is awful quiet tonight
