I've counted up to 40 seconds before David takes another breath at times - laying there totally awake while he struggles in his sleep. If he didn't make another breathing sound, I'd jump him and breath for him, I think... he's unconcerned, while I think he should go in for a breathing test while he sleeps... hasn't happened yet.
Jim's had the sleep study done, they even tried CPAP, but his sinuses are so scarred it didn't help much.

Benadryl just spaces me out. To make me actually sleepy, I take Dramamine; it has a much better "heavy eyelids" effect than benadryl. Think I just took too much benadryl for allergies, now it really doesn't affect me much at all.

Andria

A holistic practitioner can reverse that "doesn't affect me much" back to working again. I had to do that when medication (lidocain) used on my leg wasn't working like it should, instead it stung to blue blazes when used, instead of numbing leg so they could debride an area. After some acupuncture and other stuff it worked again! yeah! now it's healed up so I'm keeping it that way (as well as no longer smoking) and so far, 3 yrs and counting, it's staying healed up this time! also a yeah!! lol if you want, I'll look up the gals name and ask her what her teaching or specialty is and what she did that worked and report back to ya...? let me know, k?

Well, problem diagnosed, and solved.
One of the sober living tenants decided to be a lazy s.o.b. and rinse leftovers down the drain.....clogged the whole line. Now I'm going to have to go buy a new sheet of plywood to repair the cabinet floor. Wish I knew which one did it, I'd charge them...plus labor. Some of the guys that come through really need this place, are well behaved and grateful. Some........ It's easy to see how they got where they are in life...lazy, can't clean up after themselves, stealing peoples food and property.... They don't last long here before I evict them, but my lord its trying sometimes.
Sent with one hand, the other is busy vaping.

Those are really pretty! You've done nicely with partially used bats and evods! They look like new again! Oh those gals are going to be quite surprised and thankful for some nice looking devices to use!

My mother swears by an acupuncture guy she has used. He was a Dr. in China before coming to the U.S.

So I just got home 10:20 at night, from plumbing all day (still not done.. One of the connectors has a slow leak, gotta take it back..) and what do I find? My kitchen sink of leaking, whole cabinet is soaked. REALLY?!?!

Davids had to change an outside end connection on a hose 3 times so far - the plastic end on the hose just seems to spout leaks - rotten batch I think... told him to go to a different hardware store for the next one... we would look out our window to a puddle and huge spray about 6' in an arc out there... not good when water is sooo needed!

Any plumbing problem is a pain in the patuty! (cept for a plumber by trade) I feel for ya otaku !

Speaking of sleep, I should try it. If its not raining, we have playdate at dog park, then have to deliver a starter kit to Kim and get her started on quitting!!!!wooohooo!!!!!

Good for you! keep us posted, I know she'll like what you've accumulated for her and on down the road really appreciate that 'gift' to get her going! ie, something that works, rather than the disposables!! (yuk!) haha

David's got this real sensitivity to anyone doing anything around his nose and mouth for some reason - rather touchy about me messing with him 'there' - claustrophobic? who knows, but tis a no no in my mind... don't think a CPAP would work for him or he would allow it to be put on him for any length of time... my brother in law wears one and loves it (while sleeping). more "dif strokes for dif folks" kind of thing I guess. David also doesn't like those tests that slide you into a tube either - MRI? very hard for him to relax while that's being done to him!

So sorry to read that. Also sorry to have been away!
I have company and my kitchen as of this morning is being redone. Of course my husband began the prep work a day before he was suppose to..
SOOOOO he did not give me the extra day I thought I had to be ready for a few days with no stove or sink or counters.

It is going to look great when done but in the mean time? Chaos! LOLOL

LOL because they can? My real issue is that I have very long hair so I spceifically have a very deep kitchen sink to wash my hair. Conditioning it in the shower is dangerous and slippery.
So I am a bit annoyed that he tore everything out before I could wash my hair.
I can figure out meals using the crrock pot or microwave that I have onn a table in the dining room.
Today I got subs and chips.

ahh, she's trying, and just doesn't know about other things working better than those 'fake sticks' that don't!!
Well, Jim will tell me if he sees her with one. Im going to his store tomorrow and catching her as soon as she clocks in so i can spend a few minutes with her. Sheila's will probably go out in mail Monday. She has no idea, either, but was asking me again yesterday about how to start. I'll probably make her a little video, since I can't be there in person.

Well, folks, I'm really liking my iStick 50W I got in my vape mail today! I tried filling the iTaste 30S and spilled juice all over the iTaste MVP, my lap, and several napkins doing so - think I need more than three itsy bitsy pictures to know I'm doing it right next time (haha) - livin' and learnin' here in AZ!
I'm off to bed to join my snoring with hubby's - tomorrow's another day to try again with...take care and don't stay up too late, k? haha

My mother swears by an acupuncture guy she has used. He was a Dr. in China before coming to the U.S.

I tried it first for smoking and for some reason didn't find it did anything for me - but when I tried it for the medication that I really needed, then it worked - so haven't figured out the difference yet - I think it was the 'cold turkey part' I was NOT looking forward to after so many years smoking... lets see 1962 to 2013, minus 19 yrs raising the boys... you figure the #, I'm off to bed (grin) began again when my dad passed away quickly from Hep C, then youngest son was on drugs and got arrested & jail, then got fired from a job and it wasn't my fault but another's, I wasn't going to tell on, and my appendix burst and spent a good week in the hospital getting rid of the infection inside me (peritonitis ?sp).... just a bad year and thus I needed my 'crutch' back I guess.... I had found a spot I was weak in the body and the mind to begin smoking again... I miss my dad but know I'll see him again once I get to Heaven... all the other things have healed up, and been put in the past for good now...
