He's scouting his next victim..
Haha! Possibly..... :)
You will like this, I have a mallard duck drake and he beats up the rooster. I split them up when they fight, it is like splitting up kids from fighting. Lol The duck starts fights with the rooster, not very often but like 2 times a week. They are about the same age, the rooster is a little older than thr duck. They were both born this spring.

Now, I will agree with you on roosters ;) They can be mean, and then I have met some that are sweethearts. I have not had a rooster until recently. We got some Ameraucanas this past spring, gave 3 to our neighbor and kept 3...2 of the 3 we kept turned out to be roosters! Lol so we gave one of them to the neighbor and decided to keep the other one. So I only got 1 hen of those beautiful breed of chickens :( She is a gorgeous lil hen too :) The rooster is still a baby pretty much, but he was so calm and pretty. We will see if he stays that way ;) I will not keep something that is mean and terrorizes me! Lol
This is Mr. Owl

As you can tell they are not a very big breed, and that is also why we kept him.

Whenever I see something like this, and especially from someplace as deep in the desert as you are, I always think... no air-conditioner?

They're required, in GA -- without them, not only is it so hot you feel like you're about to die, but you can't breathe, either! It's like trying to breathe jello!

The nice thing about desert heat... Other then the rare humid days, evaporative coolers work really well here. I have a removable low profile window unit that keeps most of the house at 68-70 degrees, up to 75 st the most on the really hot days

If you, KariM, think this has been a long wait to hear what you won, may I share my experience, it's an even longer wait until you get your goodie in your hot little hands, too!! just giving you a heads up here (grin)... I think once you know what's coming it's even harder waiting for it to arrive!!!!! do you others agree? someone seemed to put the breaks on stuff as it was happening, in my mind, during that time with my 1st time win of awesome e-cig 'jewels'.... haha Perhaps you can waste some of that time (make it pass quicker) by searching on ECF for anything and everything said about your new mechanical mod..?? I mean no harm, just trying to add a bit of levity to the topic.

Ok, have run into an issue with my new vape gear... although it's been working great! I charged it up, just in case it wasn't fully charged upon receiving my iStick 50W box mod... and have been vaping away with it since Saturday (it's still going strong 3 full days and counting!), but just had something happen that I'll call the 2nd time... "no atomizer" shows on my read-out, after I filled my GS H3 tank again... I tried the first time this happened (and ended up changing out the tank) gently lifting the pin in the box mod slightly, also checking the connecting pin in the base of my clear evod tank, no help was seen from this, took out the ego adaptor and didn't see that either end of this could be maneauvered so as to make contact, so now I'm a bit flumuxed as to what next to try... any help? is it my cheap tanks? I hate to tug on the bottom pin of the tanks, for fear of messing with how the coil is stationed in place... hmmmm
perhaps I'll go over into the main forum and look around, see who's online to ask, right after I let my computer re-boot so as to allow the updates to take effect.... grrr timing of that! lol
Sometimes, on replaceable coil tanks, the rubber grommet on the coil gets compressed, making for poor contact. Try swapping out your coil, and make sure you only screw it in lightly snug....not more then about a quarter turn past loose :p

I tried a couple of the things offered by others, and became successful when I just exchanged the head for a new one out of my stash! Easy fix! haha but I did clean things up a bit too, tho I didn't see anything that wasn't as I thought it should be.... Am so releaved I didn't mess anything up past the fixable point - whew!! now I can breath again without worry! more livin' and learnin' :)
Thanks Cody, and the others who've shared with me on this!! tis much appreciated by this ol' lady! lol
