We're sitting here watching for news, so I thought I'd share a story - I'd just gotten an thrashing from my Doctor - quit smoking or loose a lot worse... so I visited a tobacoo store nearby, behind the counter was a Chinese lady who I guess in a pinch spoke English (grin) - I asked about e-cigs and she pointed me to a Chinese set of disposibles - hmm had some extra 'cartridges', short of trying it in the store, I said thank you, paid for them and walked out with a $15 receipt. HOPING the instruction sheet told me what I needed to know. You might note that she never told me to put any juice in those cartos! (neither did the directions state anything regarding juice.... so I tried it dry, hmm nothing good going on here!! I laid it aside, and learned my lesson, do your homework first, then go shopping (grin) !!!!!!! lol
When we returned to our winter RV park down in Arizona, I went into Phoenix to visit a vaping store, (Vaping Vortex) a super guy owned it and was just beginning to be ready for their opening day. He invited me in and asked some questions, and let me try an eGo T kit, and let me pick from a choice of vaping juices to take home. Then he taught me how to charge the batteries and fill the tanks, etc. like, everything I'd need to know and then gave me a card for the store with his ph# on it if I had any more questions! Now, that was service in my book! I paid him and was very please with what I had bought. I returned to purchase my first ego Twist bat from him too! and more as time went on. That trip to a store made me a victorious gal when it came to smoking!!
I vaped for a week, tried one of my old stinkies and quit after one puff... back to vaping, it was weak, but it was working, I could handle the weakness and progressed to V V batteries. With them set at 4.0 or 4.2, I've tried lots of tanks and presently like GS H3 2ml 'clear evod' shaped BCC tanks and I really like them! They are inexpensive as well if that's a concern for you.
Along the way, I found ECF and learned how to rebuild the atomizers in the bases, as well as making my own juice - now saving more money on my juice! The folks I've met have been awesome and I wish I could tell each one of their influence in my walk regarding vaping! My taste has return, and my smeller is finding all kinds of things I haven't been aware of for oh so long! (?40+ years) result? = one happy gramma (grin)
That's it for me tonight, off to spend some time with my hubby of 47 years.
