Needing something new. Don't have much. Hope everybody gets something. Thank you ECF for always being here.
AND - I will also mention that although I am still a duel user (Smoking cigarettes/vaping usually 70/30) not only have I noticed, but "My" Doctors (PCP & Pulmonologist) have too - A HUGE DIfference in "My" ability to breath and overall health health since I started vaping . . .
Now what works for "ME" is not what might work for "YOU" . . . SO - It is very important to continue to do "Your" research and check with your doctors about what is right for "YOU" . . . GOOD LUCK ! ! !
(BTW: NO, IT IS NOT AS EASY AS SOME CONTINUALLY PROFESS & ARGUE with their Holier-than-tho attitudes about quitting in one day - Smoking cigarettes/tobacco is not just a habit, but a real addiction that some people have a much harder time breaking away from . . . Just Sayin' . . .)
I quit "cigarettes" in one day, but acknowledge I still have a nic addiction. I try not to act "holier-than-thou"....I know this is a process, but it's the only way that's worked after a 36 year, PAD+ history of smoking.BRAVO - IMO - As someone who has suffered through the years with major Allergies & Asthma as a child into adulthood and who was also diagnosed back in 2000 with Emphysema & COPD caused by chronic bouts of bronchitis (which use to happened at least 2 - 3 x's a year) . . . This is the most responsible and best response given to this discussion . . .

Amen!!! The first couple of days, I barely set my binky down..hubby called it pacifier, I like binky. My little evod starter stick was never far awayI find it very interesting that a lot of us here are what you would call ex heavy smokers. Granted when I quit, I was down to about 3/4 of a pack a day average. At my highest I was using a pack a day. I found that switching to vaping satisfied my nic craving and also satisfied the hand to mouth syndrome that comes with smoking.
at the rate this thread alone has grown i think its only a matter of months. We may hit that sooner than next year
I aggree 100%. Nicotine is as bad as caffeine. It might even be less harmful than caffeine. I vape 16 and 18mg of nico in my 2 liquids and have no thought of reducing them.I've decided after reading up on nicotine, that there isn't much reason for me to drop lower then the 6mg I'm at, the bad is minimal, and it comes with a package of good
Sent with one hand, the other is busy vaping.
)I started vaping with 18 mg and after 3 years with sub-ohming I went to 3 mg ,one day I will try and go for zero mg .When I try 6 mg now it is way to heavy
I was the same way.I started vaping on a friday evening, all night friday, and then all weekend,my little ego never left my hand, and i went through about 25ml of juice haha.It was a rough time those first few days, but i was determined i was not going to smoke another cigarette,so i hit that ego so much i'm surprised it didn't quit working after those first few days of working the crap out of it haha.Amen!!!
