Can someone explain in more detail how to order a Sotong ring? I tried emailing what I thought was Vapor Wall and they said they were not the right ones to contact.

I've just sent Paul (Sotong) an email asking if there is a way folks can order directly through him, without going through Vapor Wall. I'll let you know what he comes back with.

A new ring to add to the mix...
I've been waiting for this, but I don't know - $30? I want it, but the fact is that the Kayfun ring does the job for me...cause the tanks I'm using most have an airflow "notch" in the base. $30 is halfway to a Prive-Special, which of course doesn't need a ring...
Or $50 for their M1Protank, which appears to basically have this ring built-in.

Should be on the Ring List though.

I got the "back in stock" email today.
Went ahead and ordered ONE ring and also ordered the base.
I really wanted the Kayfun PV Cone but got tired of waiting.
Guess I'll get one of those later down the line.
My R91 really looks goofy on my ProVari right now so this will do.
Cig Techs Tatroe Cone Stainless is back in stock.

Awesome thread thanks for the info guys :)

Duh... It says this right in the product description.
I looked at that ring and I don't think it will work with regular atomizers.
It appears the top extends further than the 510 connector like the ring from IBTanked.
This one looks like it's designed to be carto-tank specific.
Just a heads-up to make sure it'll fit the whatever atomizer planning to be used.

So... I got my first provari and I'm looking for a pro ring. How exactly do you use them? Do you actually take off the slanted heads? Cos mine looks pretty firmly stuck and I don't wanna mess up and rip it out if it ain't supposed to work like that

Edit: okay silly question. Went ahead and found the answer on YouTube.

Also thanks for heads up! Just grabbed myself one of those

Just to be safe - because I HAVE seen a video of a guy taking off the slant cap - you DO NOT remove the top of the ProVari to use a ring!!
They're designed to fit right on the slant cap, and just give you a continuous diameter look up to the bottom of your tank. The rings are "slanted" inside, perfectly to fit the provari's cap.

I sent Paul a message this morning from Vaporwall. He responded immediately, letting me know that he did not receive my email from yesterday. His email address changed in the months that we've not been in contact.

I've sent him the message again, and hope to have an answer today on whether I can share his information on here.

Thanks Dusty! I went ahead and ordered a ring from cigtech, the Tatroe one. I'll need another though, so I'll probably order one of these from Paul if I can contact him.

He ships from Singapore just everyone knows. It will take a while to get you if you are in the states.

There's a version with an air slot on the top as well. Waiting for a picture from Paul. I found this picture on UK Vapers, but I'd rather have one directly from Paul just so that there's no confusion later.

Edit: Paul sent the same picture and mentioned that the pricing will be $2 more for the slotted ones. First one at $20 and every subsequent one at $18.

So in my attempt to fix a scratch on my black delrin lokiring one side of my ring looks a bit faded. What's the best way to restore it? Should I get a fine grit sandpaper and sand it down, if so what grit? Or should I get those black plastic/trim Restoration polish/kits for automobiles? No scratches just faded
