thread....i think mouth watering is just one of your typical "never-satisfied" consumers. a company cant screw up one thing or else they are cheating, scamming, and robbing everybody. he needs to be catered to and babied. i remember when i used to work retail when i was younger, customers would approach me like they knew everything and were so educated and smarter than me, yet they needed help finding the clothing section that had a huge sign that said "APPAREL" over it.

reviews are through the roof, and they are on the verge of expanding into wholesale. stop btching about your 3rd shift and give them a call, rather than just being a faceless/voiceless charity case on a forum. i hate when people claim "they dont have time to call". thats a load of sht. i guarantee you if a playboy playmate left a voicemail to call her back for a good time, you would damn sure find time to call. "i dont want to pay for shipping" "i dont have time to call" blahblah excuses. you have a LIFETIME WARRANTY, jay said send the damn thing back. instead you have to be difficult and send ONE part back? whats the point, throw your dissembled
mod in a box and have jay figure it out. he doesnt mind, he does this 24/7.
oh, and the kalimero (the classic-forum agitator) comes and gets on keyzygirl's case when all she was trying to do was calm the loose-cannon down. kalimero LITERALLY did nothing to contribute to the problem, he just wanted to kick up dirt and instigate.
the reason im posting this and that im so upset, was because i thought i just may have found the first forum on the internet where people are reasonable and level-headed. I'm not saying that all hope is lost, but reading this was my first disappointing experience.
