I was trying to help the OP and unfortunately the effort was unsuccessful but I know it was appreciated. I understand how frustration can be overwhelming. OP very sorry that it didn't work out. I haven't a problem fixing and/or tweaking my own to my liking and been successful at all levels.
Again my apologies for your frustration and bitterness.

Wow, just read this thread....i think mouth watering is just one of your typical "never-satisfied" consumers. a company cant screw up one thing or else they are cheating, scamming, and robbing everybody. he needs to be catered to and babied. i remember when i used to work retail when i was younger, customers would approach me like they knew everything and were so educated and smarter than me, yet they needed help finding the clothing section that had a huge sign that said "APPAREL" over it.
mouth watering: you look like a fool. glv.com does excellent business. the numbers dont lie. their reviews are through the roof, and they are on the verge of expanding into wholesale. stop btching about your 3rd shift and give them a call, rather than just being a faceless/voiceless charity case on a forum. i hate when people claim "they dont have time to call". thats a load of sht. i guarantee you if a playboy playmate left a voicemail to call her back for a good time, you would damn sure find time to call. "i dont want to pay for shipping" "i dont have time to call" blahblah excuses. you have a LIFETIME WARRANTY, jay said send the damn thing back. instead you have to be difficult and send ONE part back? whats the point, throw your dissembled mod in a box and have jay figure it out. he doesnt mind, he does this 24/7.
oh, and the kalimero (the classic-forum agitator) comes and gets on keyzygirl's case when all she was trying to do was calm the loose-cannon down. kalimero LITERALLY did nothing to contribute to the problem, he just wanted to kick up dirt and instigate.

the reason im posting this and that im so upset, was because i thought i just may have found the first forum on the internet where people are reasonable and level-headed. I'm not saying that all hope is lost, but reading this was my first disappointing experience.

I really try to stay out forum drama, but all you need to do is call. Your GLV has a life time on it. Its real easy... call us , or just put it in a box with a note, send it in and ill fix the issue and send it back. There are few bad reviews if any..i really don't know because iv not looked in a few months but for sure there are far more good ones than bad. The reason is, we will fix your issue and if its my fault you will receive new product or ill pay for shipping, free juice, etc. Whatever we need to do make it right. The problem is that there are some people that will never be happy..no matter what we do. I don't have time debate, so all I can do is offer to rebuild it for you, or ..call we can hash this out over the phone. We only want to make you happy with your purchase . I am aware that things can fall through the cracks sometimes...despite the rumors I am in fact human, but we want all GLV owners to happy with their GLVs, so lets get you taken care of. I know calling to the states can be a pain for some , so lets take care of it right here if you want. What can I do for you?

I have never deleted a thread , but I have shut them down for getting mean or out of hand, so everyone please be nice.

Please don't try to make it look like I'm just an unhappy ...... I can understand it from other forum users with brown tongues but you should know better. Receiving 2 devices which were only good for killing attys isn't something to be very happy about.

Usually things like these get sorted out quickly and when it takes this long + calling isn't a good option for me, email isn't good option for you it causes uncertainty which develops to the point where you're pretty sure you're being ignored.

Well, it seems that at times one will have to shake things up quite soundly around here, to get things to work, even if with a delay. Hopefully mouth watering will one day in the future get a working GLV-2 and experience why it was recommended to him as the best PV on the market by us. The same can´t be said with the best intensions about the reception he got with his problems on here on this forum.

Now we know, that when someone over here has a problem with their GLV-2 and as Jay said "I know calling to the states can be a pain for some", we make sure that we´ll get together somehow and someone else calls Jay with the problem and not to bother you guys with these "faceless/voiceless charity case fools, that will never be happy..no matter what you do" problems over here on the forum.

Nice contribution topself, your apprehension of written English is top-notch

The problem with the internet/every forum out there, is that there are people on them. There is always going to be drama. For the most part we get it right first time,but there are some mistakes. You have to understand that this is a mom and pop , and the amount of customers we have is off the charts for how small we are. I know someone is going to chime in with "hire more people", but the fact is its really hard to find someone with the same love for E-cigs and customer service as we have. I do have a helper,and hes down for the cause...makes a fine headcap as well. . Mouth watering ..I'm sorry if it sounded like I was making It your fault. There are so many scamming people out there that try to get free stuff by tossing a fit, or my favorite "I want something free or ILL MAKE A BAD REVIEW ON MY BLOG". Just a side note , to all of those of those people...you can have my middle finger for free..put that in your blog. We care about every customer and I have gone to great lengths to make a customer happy,and I im going to in this case as well. The reason we have you send it back for repair is so that I can see for my self what the issue is, and can correct it for you. It also weeds out the "My GLV is broke I want free stuff" crowd. Send it back to me and I will make it all better with some free attys or juice . Please keep in mind that the ECF is NOT the best way to get a hold of us. We Love the ECF, don't get me wrong, but my time is best served building GLVs for you all. Again I want to be clear, I have no ill feelings for you Mouth watering and Im very sorry for your experience , and I WILL fix you right up as soon as it gets here. I take all the blame for this and will do my best to make it right.

Jay,you have always gone above and beyond to help me with my GLVs. No PV is beyond issues. Its how they are handled that creates such a strong and loyal fan base. You and Sara both have always been more than kind and understanding even when I drop or break my GLV. Thank you for that! I love being a part of the GLV family. :) Thank you!!

I'm pretty sure this thread could serve well for those people who have problems with their GLV and can't get a hold of Jay/Sara. People like dshark have some good knowhow to share and new users have no idea who should they be PMing.

I would have sent this GLV back right away if I knew I could just put a note on it and send it back. I had no idea what to do. You just told me that you sent me a beat up GLV by accident(to replace the first one that didn't work) and that you have the right one at your shop. Then nothing for a long time.

Also I have not asked for or received anything for free. kayzygirl got it all wrong a few pages back. I couldn't give a .... about trying to scamm you off a $3 bottle of juice.

I'm going to send this back when I got the time.
