Problems with the EM-MiniPipe

Looking for assistance here. Im at a stand still at making this thing work.

The mini pipe I seem to be having problems with. I cannot get the silly thing to work for some reason. I watched some Youtube videos to assure that I am doing everything right and think I am. The little light on the light bulb turns on, I press the switch and inhale. Unfortunately, I do not get vapor, just that e-liquid taste (like there is too much liquid in the cart.) I swapped out carts and even took a paper towel to take the presoaked liquid out and put some more Eastmall e-juice in it. I swapped out the atomizer as I thought I may have flooded it (got a three pack on the last order added) and still get nothing. Is there something that I am missing? I figured that may be that the atomizer needed to be broken in, but doesnt seem to work after multiple units and tries. Even tried the other battery, but I do not think that is the issue as the bowl lights up when pressing the button.

Hope you can tell me what I am doing wrong here and I apologize for my ignorance regarding the model.

Did I just receive a bum unit?

Well it might be the atomizer , contact the customer support from Eastmall , im sure they will give a refund or even a replace.

I thought so too about the atomizer, but I did buy that 3 pack and all three are not working...sigh

Would have really liked for this thing to work. 510s I purchased have been awesome, everyone at work is vaping like mad. Guess I will contact customer support.

The pipe bowl might be damaged. My guess would be a broken wire stopping power from getting from the battery to the atomizer.
