Problems with the Petri v2

So I got my Petri v2 two days ago. I have never owned any of the other ones before so I didn't know what to expect. So first when I opened the box I obviously cleaned it. I put some standard 26+36 aliens, 4wraps. Came out to .09 ohms. So everything was fine so far besides that I stripped one of the post screws but I still managed to get it tight enough where the coils light evenly. So I noticed it doesn't have much airflow to begin with and the juice well isn't a deep as I thought. So I was in the process of switching builds to see if I could get more airflow and I noticed that the Positive post was loose. So I took that Allen wrench they give us and I start tightening the post down to the deck and nothing is happening, then the post just completely comes off the deck, I tried for an hour to screw that post back to the deck but it's like the screw was to short. I paid for PRIORTY Mail and it took almost 2 weeks to get here in the first place and now all this crap happens, for 90$ I thought I would be getting some next level stuff, I own ALOT of vape stuff and this thing really disappointed. I emailed dotmod and they said they reviewing my complaint or whatever so we shall see what happens, and I also called the place I bought it from and they said 3 out of the 10 of the first batch they got had the same problem with the post, and that's not including mine, so if anyone has any problems or thoughts or if they are going through the same thing, lets vent!! Same thing happened to me minus I didn't even get to put a build in there. Has dot mod said anything in terms of replacement screws or decks?

Yea they sent replacement parts out Friday and they also send me a Cloud cap and 2 drip tips for all the hassle lol

i have the same problem, i only have used it for one month

on facebook they told me they have a easy fix which is probably tighten the screw which doesn't work. i hope they find a fix for me too
