I'm unable to post in the "reviews of suppliers" for some reason, possibly because I'm a new member, but I seem to be having a problem with my order from Vapor4Life.

I ordered 4 bottles of 30ML liquid from them with some other stuff, and I got sent everything but the correct 4 30ML bottles. I got the wrong flavor.
I emailed them and told them about the wrong flavor, and a person named Chad said he would take care of it.

Chad sent me 4 packs of cartomizers instead of sending me 4 30ML bottles of liquid. The flavor and the nicotine strength was correct, though.
So I email Vapor4Life again, this time pretty upset. Chad gives me a phone number and tells me to call him, so I do. I explain to Chad that I ordered 4 bottles of liquid, but got sent the wrong thing twice. Chad tells me he'll take care of it.

I check the mail today, and I got sent the wrong thing again. This time, I only got sent one pack of cartomizers, even though the receipt included says it's supposed to contain 4 packs. So not only did I get sent the wrong thing again, but the receipt and the quantity didn't match up this time either.

I included Vapor4Life's part number for my liquid in all my emails after the first, in addition to describing the flavor, strength, and size, and I still can't get sent the right thing. Is Vapor4Life known for sending the wrong thing? Has anyone else been shorted e-liquid from this business? Does anyone have advice on what I should do?

On a somewhat related note, who sells some really good Virginia flavored e-liquid?

My first order with them was short one bottle of juice, they sent one carto of the flavor and two other cartos. My second order with them, I ordered 5 5ml bottles of juice and a pack of cartos, I only got three of the juices I ordered, and a 30ml bottle of juice I did not order, and two extra cartos one of which was one of flavors of juice I ordered. I sent them an e-mail and they sent me the rest of my order in about a week or so.

A lot of people are having problems with V4L, seems to me they either aren't looking at the invoices correctly or just mixing up everyones orders.

On the Virginia flavor, I've only had V4L's, it's ok...

Seems I've seen a few threads lately with some problems, did you go into their forum and post? Here's the link;

Vapor4Life

If I were you and tried twice, I'd pm one of the associates on their forum, seems that they've been actively posting there, also don't know what the rules are for contacting a mod on this, since they're listed as a "forum supplier"

Definately worth a shot!
Let us know how you make out

Don't have the post count to post there. Needs a mod to move this post to V4L sub-forum.

Well, Vapor4Life has a fairly good reputation, but as I understand it, they have been having some issues lately.

You have every right to be frustrated at this point. If I were in your shoes, I would probably send everything back, ask for a refund, and take my business elsewhere.

Lots of other places sell Kr808D-1 stuff - VaporNine, ElectroNicStix, CigEasy, LiteCigUSA, etc.

Exactly. I tried posting in "reviews of suppliers", but since I just registered, It will only let me post in the n00b forum. I do appreciate the advice from everybody so far.

I'm afraid I am going to have to buy from another company from now on. I enjoy their carts and their liquid, but yeah, at this point I'm rather fed up. I think I'll check out some of these other places you mentioned.

I guess I got lucky. I got everything I ordered and they even threw in a couple sample carts. Unfotunately I have no idea if the samples had any nic content or not?!? Also, I just ordered some juice and blanks. They should be here in the next day or so, and now I'm really crossing my fingers that I get what I ordered.

The flavor and nic level should be printed on the carto at the battery end. You may have to turn it in the light to see it properly as the bronze print doesn't show up real well on some carto colors, but it's been there on all my freebies.

I just had the same problem. I was missing 5 out of 10 bottles of juice. The invoice looked like a drunk guy was crossing off the juices as he packed the order, in pencil. I sent a few emails. They said they would send the rest of my order on Tuesday. I finally got a tracking number from them after having to ask for it. It confirmed they just mailed it on Friday. This was there mistake and, now I am forced to wait. I received an email apologizing for the USPS taking so long and, it was not there fault. This was before I asked for the tracking number. I also got 2 carts in my order of what IDK? I use attys plus, they are not for an ego, they are both male fittings. I will not be back. When I made a thread about this It got closed?

Im curious, Once I order 2 bottles from them and was only sent one. They fixed it ASAP with no problems however. What I am curious about is did you use quantity or were each Items seperate lines? Because I used quantity and I wonder if that is why they messed up, just read one line of XXX juice and so they grabbed one. Just curious to know if that is a common problem.

Kenmhall1, the sample cartos should have nic rating "18" "24" etc. right on the label. Perhaps I have been lucky, I have no issues with V4L products or service other than an occasional 4 day shipment during their special sales. Great sales create high volume, especially when they happen over a 3-day holiday, so the 1-day delay via USPS is understandable.

Mistress is correct though, it seems there have been an unusually higher number of posts lately regarding issues with "orders". Just for the record, I still highly recommend V4L but like most consumers that could change quickly with 1 bad experience and as noted there are other vendors.

jephlewis-Sorry to hear about V4L, but when it"s all over with you should have a lot of carts and juice in the flavors you like....so you got that going for you! When it comes to Tobacco flavors, nobody does it better than Don at Backwood Brews...check him out, you won't regret it.

Wow, everybody chimed in at once...crazy!

mi528hz, I read your OP and follow-up threads this morning before the mods nuked it. There is no doubt your post was...well let's just say it was a little heated. Unfortunately you were then cheap-shotted, baited, etc. and things escalated from there to ridiculous heights or lows depending on how you look at it.

There is no doubt their supplier page regulars are ridiculously loyal, that being said, you were/are upset and your post was inviting a reaction....and it certainly got one.

I think your biggest issue was a valid question: Should a supplier that has processed an original "standard shipping" order in error be obligated in the name of customer satisfaction to correct the order and send it via Next Day shipping....a difference of approx $7.00 vs $26.00.

Whether the scribblings on the order showed outstanding penmanship or not would not have made a difference if the order was shipped correctly. Look, any businessman will tell you (myself business owner 27 years) mistakes happen regardless of procedures, QC measures, and protocal...the difference is keeping the customer happy when mistakes occur.

In fairness to you, we all are consumers and you raised a valid point. In fairness to V4L they are certainly going to ship you the missing items...just not Next Day Air.

Like Mistress says, there are a lot of great vendors out there but every company fumbles an order on occasion. Now if you want me to come to Reno and say that to your face, I got time...I live in Boise and can be there in 6 hours. Oh I forgot to mention that my last order over Labor Day weekend during their "summertimeblues" sale was also lacking an e-mail notification, I e-mailed them on Wednesday at 1:00 pm, they responded with a tracking number at 1:07 pm, packaged shipped on Tuesday...arrived at my mailbox on Friday.

In a word, "yes"!

Perhaps not NDA but any wholesaler or retailer in any industry should take responsibility for their error and expedite the correcting order if they are legitimately responsible for the error.

Even with the most stringent QC processes in place, people sometimes make mistakes and order processing errors sometimes occur but a responsible, customer-focused organization does the right thing. If that means eating $20 in expedited freight, so be it. The potential loss of business far outweighs the cost.

Next day air is one thing.... They did not even put it in the mail until Friday! This is 4 days after they said they had mailed it! I get short responses to my emails without any love. This is there mistake not mine.

Your experience surprises me, as I've never had problems like that with my V4L orders. I order and normally get everything I ordered within three days - sometimes faster. It sounds like maybe they are having some sort of temporary staffing issue or something along those lines. As a business owner I can tell you that it happens sometimes, even to the most organized company.

It is not that they made a mistake, it is how they handle it after the mistake was found. All company's make mistakes, the good ones make making it right there top priority.
