The one on the far left is my favorite so far. Nice and clean.

As much as your left one is my favorite out of all I've seen, I'd swear this prodigy was made by Sony. I dunno if that's a good thing in terms of branding, product recognition, etc... I know it's not the exact same font - that would be *BAD* (see my font licensing post for commercial use)... but still it pains me to say it, I #*(@! love it.. but it doesn't feel like a PS product despite PS also standing for playstation.

Yeah never enough time to learn everything No sweat man it looks great! I'm just trying to help you, Steve, well all of us out as we all want a logo that is as clean as the device it's etched on. I'd swear Steve's changed his last name to Jobs because this device unlike the V1 is the best kept secret.

Haha. That's exactly what I thought when I saw that one. When IS Sony coming out with a vape controller, anyway? I suppose I could plug my PS PT into one of the USB ports...

So I was curious what some of my submissions might look like on the new device. So... using a protege, I traced the size (on a 1900x1200 screen). Might look bigger if you have a lower screen resolution.

In any case, I am also attaching a blank incase anyone else was curious what their submission might look like. The atty traced was a 901 on the protege.

No worries Grimm and thanks for the kind comments on the design. I can see where it does have that "Sony" feel. The font is Large9 and is a bitmap/pixel font which I vectorized. It is freeware but does require to contact the author to use commercially. The other fonts I used are Trebuchet MS and Haetenschweiler.

I assume Steve would follow up with the winners design and the designer would be honest with what was used for Steve to purchase licensing if needed and/or to have the designer give up any rights to the design where applicable.

I have no problems on withdrawing any of my submissions if non-licensed fonts are required.
