Well, I read the article which was pretty much in line with what I know about nic salts, yeah.
I still say they can be used in sub0hm devices at the right dosage. They perform like regular nicotine, at a similar dosage. I don't really see WHY one would use nicotine salts in sub0hm devices as I mainly use them because they are less harsh. 3 mg of nicsalts would be equivalent more or less to 3 mg of freebase, but really at that level of nicotine, there is no really NEED to use nic salts, as the lack of harshness won't really (for most people) make a substantial difference in terms of throat hit. If someone desires nic salts in a sub0hm vape, I don't see it as substantially more dangerous AT the right nicotine level.
With that said, probably the warnings on "high salt nic premade juices" are probably reasonable because if you did still a HIGH m.g. salt juice designed for a less powerful delivery system in a sub0hm device the results would be BAD, and maybe even more so since they are more quickly absorbed.
With that said, if someone is making their own nic salts, well, they can do so in any delivery device their heart desires.
The one thing I learned of use (to me) is that they are more stable and may store longer better. There is a method of converting freebase to nic salts by using citric acid, and I've considered whether I want to stockpile more regular nic (less expensive) and do it "myself" when the time comes, but if they store better longer, it would make sense for me to continue buying nic salts to freeze and/or converting them before I freeze them.
Pretty much.
