a little more airflow than the original Stun
So more then the new upcoming stock in 1 week?
Now I'm a bit confused, cause before somebody confirmed the Penelope V4 has 2 versions, the 'old' one (small airhole) the 'new' version, apperently with a 3 times larger airhole then the 'old' Penelope V4?
So do I understand correctly there are excutally (sort of) 3 versions?
- The launch Penelope V4 (small airhole)
- The launach Penelope V4 (with a bit bigger updated base / airhole)
- The new Penelope V4 (3 times bigger airhole then the launch)

In fact there are 2 versions Stun. The first one with cylinder holes and the other one with a little more air and slots like Tilemahos instead of the cylinder air holes. The last one is in stock and its also the one that comes with all Penelopes

I like a airy draw, still not sure what to do..
I have the Proteus already waiting in my shopping cart, but as said before I was not a huge fan of the Penelope V4, mostly cause of the restricted draw, thats why I sold it before.
The Tilemahos (V2) I like much more, mostly because of the airflow, for me it's just a better draw, but this looks not so good in combination with Proteus, to me that's not an option as ADV I think
What to do, what to do, I want to buy it (and then maybe with a Penelope V4), but I am not sure if it's a good buy for me at this moment..
Then again I would love to try the VIR chip..

Stun, Penelope will not stay as it is always. I will make larger hole for it too. But there are other options at 17mm atomizer too if you like. I dont know them but they exist!
Imeo, Proteus has the integrated air control, good for Penelope 3...
Have you considered a new run of P3, or a "P3 style" base + not-sealed pin for P4?

You are right, but not that many unfortunatly..
The one I know is the Taifun GS.
Maybe I need to give the Penny another chance, or I need to see if I can hold my patience and wait until the VIR chip will be available in other devices.
it has a meaning together with Proteus Otello. But I suppose people like better sealed atomizers. Am I right on this?
The thing is that when the fatter GG devices will come to the market, I will not have electronics buddy. But in reality this is not a real problem because the unique wireless style of VIR give us the ability to put it in any new GG device! So people that have Proteus can remove VIR and put it on esterigon for example

On my side I have enough P3s, I don't need more, while I'd like to use P4, too, which has a better optical match with Proteus, so I'd really like a replacement P4 base without side holes and a "breathing" pin, to use Proteus at its best.
BTW, I'm going to experiment sealing the holes and cannibalizing a pin from a P3 ;-)

Yes I understand, for me using it in another GG mech would be an ideal situation.
But you not plan the sell the chip sepertly if I understand correct?
And a rather good option as well, thank you for the suggestion. I was always interested in the style of the Flash-e-Vapor atty's, mostly due to the special wicking.
Unfortunatly my cheap clown arrived broken, so I never got to play with this styled atties, I even have the mesh still laying around unused.
I was not aWare of this 17 mm version, but how is the airflow on this one? I see the biggest (standard) airflow hole is 1.4 mm and there is an update for 1.6.
That doesn't look like enough air for me..

I dont have enough of them to sell them separately Stun. Maybe to a modder or two but then I will not have more than what is required as stock for broken ones from customers

The Flash-e-Vapor VS only uses mesh as feederwicks, coming from the tank and only touching the wick, not coil.

Exactly, should be no problem.
If I am not mistaken I ever read before Flash-E-vapor atties are actually good TC atties.
And Imeo I understand you need some spare ViR chips, so the chip will not be mass produced. I will buy one anyway, I am for sure on the list for the second batch, so I still have a back-up if I not directly buy one now.
