Provari issues

Oh the OP adjusted the pin and so far the issue has not occurred. Won't know for sure since the issue is very intermittent. Fixed it yesterday. Just letting all the cool aide drinkers know that even good companies screw up and could improve to make them even better. I guess Provape is the new Marlboro to some of you. To me it's an electronic device.

No, a counterfeit is a device/topper that looks and functions exactly the same as the original but also uses the original's company name and logos and product name so you can't tell the difference. Technically the Russian would be considered a clone:

Personally, I could care less if the Russians were assembled in upper Mongolia by a tribe of mutant baboons. When they are set-up right, they can and are every bit as good as my original Kayfuns. However, I can't speak for any others than the 3 logo 91%ers that I already own.

I own 4 russian 91. Two had the center pin issue that they replaced free of charge.

I also have kayfun 3.1 and KFL+.

They vape identically.

They feel and thread identically.

I truly believe that any difference noticed is mental effect.

The good quality clones that I have tried were good units, but vaped differently. Not bad, but just different. Someone might even like them better, and I would say that they would be worth having because after the obigatory clone fiddlng and filing they vape well, and are different enough to stand on their own merit.

I own 3 Russian 91s, 2 authentic Kayfun Lites, Taifun GT, Fogger 4, several kayfun clones and a bunch of other toppers, including Drippers. My favorite topper of choice are the Russians. I find the flavor is awesome. Sure, the Kayfuns are good too, but to me the Russians are just awesome.

The Russian can be categorized any way you want but it is still a top quality RBA. It's not a "cheap" clone because $92 for an RBA isn't cheap. My cheaper clones are hit and miss. Out if the 7 I own, only 3 of them are descent. Those are what I call cheap clones.

Out of all I own I'd choose a Russian 91 on top of my Provari. I own an authentic Nemesis and I still prefer the Provari.

This may have been covered but I have a new Provari that when I go to Cb mode and the voltage is displayed the unit fires for about 2 seconds until the display goes out. Does it with every topper. 2 nautilus tanks and a Aerotank. Is this normal?

Yes, it tests the atty under load to get an accurate measurement.

Yes, the provari checks battery voltage (cb) & atty resistance (ao) under load.

Normal as the PV gives you the battery charge under load of the coil. It happens with every PV made.
