Hi ,
I was wondering if anyone has experienced this problem. My unit is about 1 month old and every once in while using it i have noticed that I loose the ability to get vapor. Additionally I have noticed the volts reading on the LED screen has appeared when this happened. I also noticed the( -- )that appeared on a different occasion. This doesn't quite often but I find it annoying when things like this happen. That is the reason I purchased the Provari.

I contacted Provape and have been emailing back and forth but it takes hrs for them to respond and they aren't providing many options. They want me to send it back along with my tank and battery. Frankly I am disappointed that they don't a number that you can call and discuss.

I am vaping on a Russian 91% @ 1.8 OHM with the voltage set to 3.5 .

Has anyone experienced this issue? If so what was the fix other than returning the unit to them. Feeling rather annoyed at the moment.

I understand your frustration and respect same. Ditto to the above posts so try that. NEXT, swap to another RBA and or RDA and see if it still happens. Finally, clean the device and the video is on the ProVape site. BUT, if these things don't work then send it back. It's a reasonably complex device and many issues can ONLY be resolved by letting them go hands on and run their diagnostics on the "board". Yep, I'm aware that it may be your only ProVari but it is what it is and I wish I had better news.

Good luck

:)

Me, myself, and I would just send it in like ProVape requested. They know their stuff and have great service. Talking on the phone does not give them eyes or testing equipment on the problem, just a discussion with someone of an unknown skill set who has a problem. They can spend less time and make certain they have found the problem with the device in their hands.

It stinks having to send a PV in for service. Been there and done that. But it's the sure fire way to get the problem fixed.
