Provari malfunction.

This has been occurring since day 1 about 2 weeks ago but much more often now. My draw will cut off and the menu system pops up. It happens every 8-10 pulls or so. It's like it takes my long continuous draw as several button presses instead of 1 steady press. My finger is firmly on the button so I'm not doing anything wrong, this aint my first PV. The button is also pretty loose. It still takes pressure to push down but it just seems loose in the housing (moves from side to side or up and down) compared to all my other devices. Wondering if this has something to do with it or if I'm just being to rough. Please share your thoughts.

Shoot an email off to Provape, they can assist you with suggestions to try or even repair if since it's only a few weeks old. I haven't had this issue, but occasionally I get a no-fire situation. I just figure I hit the button too light though.

I've had this rarely with a bad carto. It will generally show an error code, usually an E-1 I think.

However, I suspect a bad button or electrical connection to it. My Provari does not have any side to side play in it.

Or is it maybe I didn't push the button firm enough?

On mine I have to push the button ALL the way down firmly.

From the limited info, sounds like your button may be a bit flaky. As all have said, contact NHaler/Provari...they stand behind their products like they were holding them up from dropping into the gates of hell . Alright, that's a bit much, but they do stand by their stuff...contact 'em and they'll do ya right.

if it aint right send it back they are the best ive seen at quick turn arounds on repair items i got 2 had problems with the one 2 different times and both times got mine back with in 4-5 days i think they fixed it the same day it arrived and sent it back out

If you need to you can send it to someone in the US and they can do it for you.
It's only $10 to the US.

Try cleaning the battery contacts and the 510 connector.

I tend to agree with the button explaination - my button requires a firm press as there is a slight gap between the actual switch and the plastic button. If it makes a quick contact and turns off and back on it will trigger the menu. Subsequent intermittant on/offs then bring up one of the menu items.
