ProVari Stealth Mini v2.5

The Stealth has gone through much more abuse & the finish is still pristine on it months latter. I'm pretty sure it's just the standard black extension cap. The finish isn't as durable as the Stealth finish is.

Looks like the standard black ext cap Provape sells...But VF claims different.. This triple-coated flat black extension cap is designed to allow the VF ProVari Stealth 2.5 to accept an 18650 battery. It replaces the standard end cap....
I like yourself use to have Black satin Provaris and no matter how carful I was with them they all developed areas where the bare metal showed through over time.... I now own a Satin Provari....The Stealth one looks great though...so you say your stealth finish shows no signs of wear?

I'm careful with my Provari's but I also use them. One day I fell asleep on my couch, Stealth in hand. It fell between the cushions, through all the mess of recliner hardware to the floor. Not a single blemish. The cap hasn't gone through any of that sort of abuse. The Carhartt pockets on the overalls don't allow them to move around at all, they're a perfect loose fit... and I've had them for ~7 years so they're well broken in. The stand was just something I whipped up in a few minutes so I didn't bother to put a felt lining in it, but it's made out of very soft pine which shouldn't hurt even a very delicate finish. The holes are deeper than the extension cap is tall, so the body & the cap contact the wood. The Stealth body is still in pristine condition after 2 months of daily use - that Stealth doesn't leave my side from when I get up til the time I go to bed. The extension cap wears just like the satin black did. I keep making new, lined stands, but they keep ending up in new homes before I can put one on my own desk.

Nice. I've been playing around with a few ideas. I've been leaning pretty heavily toward cerakote. He did a great job on yours.

It's actually more of an ivory color, but shows up white in pics.
