btw fwiw; , i love dripping and love drip tips that don't stick on tight... i like them as loose as possible for easy on off (for dripping)

i like to get the juice right in the middle

you can get a bottle / needle outfit to keep things neat ... can't see the drips; gotta time it... so i like to take off the d/t.

some are looser than others.

and a clear or translucent d/t for 306 atty is great .... hhmmm haven't looked for clear 510 d/t's ...

there's a contoured wide mouth that's pretty good... but still off/on is better imo...

gotta be careful; i believe lots of yanking and waggling on the d/t / atty can cause damage to the atty connector.

Boge ..... SLB ...... close but no cigar! Try a MAP TANK on the ProVari and you'll be amazed! I you buy one, make sure to get the highest ohm you can. I use a 3.2ohm E2 at 3.8 - 4.0 volts. Amazing!!!

Why?

Just asking cause I was wondering which one to pick up when they go back in stock.

BTW, do these things have trouble wicking properly like the Royal Smokers carto's? I never had any luck with those.

Why the 3.2 at a higher voltage? Not trying to be an a** or anything really. Just wondering if you noticed much/any difference between a MAP @ 3.2 and higher voltage vs. say a 2.4 MAP at lower voltage. Better flavor? better vapor production? or whatever.

I would think that the MAP tank would have whatever issues the Royal Smokers have because that's what they are. Royal Smokers R4's are finicky, but to me it's worth the effort. When you first open the package, soak them in PGA and then boil them. Then, you should disassemble them, and if the wicks are long enough, clip them. If they're not long enough, cut 'em off and PTB mod them. They work great after that. I haven't had one fail after doing that. They're what I plan on using on my Provari. They're prolly the only thing my Provari will see until RS perfects the Giantomizer...

I'm hoping that the announcement (1 week from now, is it?) coming from Provape is a backpack that holds a car battery and a 5 gallon jug of juice.

As this is a ProVari thread, I didn't want to spend too much time talking about the MAP Tank but .... it just works so well with the ProVari. To answer a few questions about it, the wick is not compressed by a tube as it is in the regular CE2 form. It wicks just fine. The reason for choosing the higher ohms is that they don't perform like a regular atty or carto. For some reason a 2.4ohm E2 behaves like a 1.5ohm atty and people try to run it at 4.5v and wonder why it tastes burnt. On a 3.2ohm MAP Tank at 3.8-4.0 volts you will get clouds of vapor and excellent taste.
