I get E8 all the time.... but it doesn't hamper anything... don't know why either...
I just keep vaping... i used to think it meant i was pressing the button for my chain non stop vaping too many times within a 4 second cut off pause, which happened early on til i got used to ti.

the E8 is something i got used to ... almost every 10 vapes.. but since it hasn't stopped me from anything, i don't even worry about it ... lol.
Speaking of error codes. Has anyone else had any E8 errors? I had my Provari for about a week then it started giving me this E8 error and wouldn't fire. It wouldn't always give me the E8 error when it wouldn't fire but now it's constant no matter what atty / carto / battery I use. I've contacted Provape and they suggested checking the top pin but that doesn't seem to be the problem so now I have to send it back. Man... Talk about giving a little kid some candy and then ripping it back out of his hands. :(
So I'm curious if anyone has had this problem and figured out a fix for it or what is causing it.

I have to tell you guys a story...

Tonight, I was giving my kids baths when for some reason a thought popped in to my head that my ProVari is the only PV that I have at home. Literally, a second later, I bent down and felt a "pop" in my pocket. I reached in and pulled out my ProVari but the cartomizer wasn't attached any more. Then, to my utter horror, I realized that the carto's threads had broken off INSIDE MY PROVARI!!

OMG, I was stressed. I was already planning an excuse to go over to my office to find on of my old eGo's! Then I calmed myself down, grabbed my Leatherman and whipped out the curved can-opener piece. At first I thought about hooking it under the threads to rip it out but realized I'd probably damage the threads. Then I noticed a small ledge on the carto's thread ring. I gently nudged it around and around until the broken piece came out.

Thank GOD!

So, all is well and I will never again leave a carto on the ProVari when I put it in my pocket!!

LOL, I should clarify, I'm a budding agnostic leaning towards atheist. G.O.D. = Good Old-fashioned Deduction.

;)

I don't believe in me either...but I'm humble enough to believe we came from somewhere.
Organized religion does nothing for me...
I don't wanna derail the thread though...

If that had been me I'd have been in tears before I figured out how to get the threads out. Hoping like hell I could get it out and not have to ask TNT to dig it out for me.

Glad there was no crisis.
