drip talk; i took a bottle/needle setup from a defunct WetBox and use it to drip into the d/t.... for those that don't like juice all over the d/t..... works great!!

shipping??? omg where's my dancing girls? # 2913 !!!

These work great too (especially in darker conditions like watching TV, etc).: 1/2 OZ BOTTLE W/NEEDLE TIP

After using them for a while, you really do not have to look as you can do it by feel. they work great in the native/original 306 mouth-piece holes, they work great in the 801 series whistle-tip holes (sometimes a snug fit at first but after you wiggle them thru a couple of times they fit great), and of course they work great in any drip-tip. The droplets are a bit smaller than regular bottle drippers so you sort of have to get a feel for the 'right" amount of squeeze for each droplet. Within a day I had it just right (about 1 second - maybe less- per squeeze). I never worry about missing, spilling, over-dripping, etc. and at $1.80 each, I got a bunch so I have all my favorite flavors in these.

I learned about them from Smokie901: YouTube - step07726's Channel

Hot diggity da@*, order 2894 shipped out today. Now is there downloadable instruction manual? I know it wont take a rocket scientist to figure it out.
the website states that amanual will be inlcuded in the order... if for some reason you dont get one push the button 6 times to access menu and youll be able to figure it out after that :)

I will be honest you don't even need a manual. I played with it for 5 minutes and figured everything out. The provari is so userfriendly. I have now had it for 5 days and CXL my other preorder for another mod. I could not be happy with the Provari. I love the fact that the bar is set so high for other companies to try and top this mod. The future looks great. I am not making this up and never thought I would do this, but I just sold my 2 Precise and my Prodigy to my friends yesterday. Both great mods don't get me wrong. But I will never use them again unless the provari breaks. Which if it ever does I will send it in and suffer with my EGO untill I get it back. It just looks so well built I am confident it will be reliable. Plus Provapes customer service has been top notch. I know they will back their product up.

Folks that have the ProVari in hand,

Would you kindly share some of the finer points with us.

I will try to answer what I can.

Yes it does tell you the Ohm's
To access the Ohm function you press the button several times which activates the menu function. Don't quote me on this it could possibly change. The first one I believe is Power UP, second is power down, third Power on/off, fourth not sure if I can say so I will wait for someone else to fill in, Fifth Atomizer Ohm, Six Light on/off.
And to make changes for example if you select power up wait a second and it will show the number that is current. everytime you press the button it goes up by .1 If you select Ohm function you wait a second and it displays your atomizers ohm. They really mad changing functions so simple to use.

I start with a fully charged battery when I wake up. I am a cartomizer user and use boge 510 cartomizers rated at 3.0, I usually start at about 4.7 in the morning and mid day switch to around 5.1 why I have no idea just the way I like it. I wake up 5am in the morning and sleep around 10pm, I vape pretty much throughout the day at work including in my office(Hope my boss is not an ECF member) and the drive to work and home and have not killed a battery yet. Of course I don't vape every second of the day though. I hope I could help you a little bit.

How accurate? Very
What did you use to compare the readings?a good but old DMM - made by SOAR
How do you command the unit to display resistance??scroll through the menu to "Ao"

Does the PV use this information? How & When? The PV monitors the voltage constantly- if you understand how meters work, this is equivalent to constantly checking the resistance- and compensating the voltage as it varies - don't get me started on that one

Anyone use a Cisco LR306 with this unit? not me- ikenvapes going on tomorrow

What voltage settings? 3.3 to 6V
Is the unit still limited/cutoff @ 2.5 Amps? output limit- but I think it may have changed for production- higher

in terms of time before charge and which atty were u using? beta units didn't have the extension for 18650's- I've been posting real results for 18500/1100mAh - wouldn't be surprised if 18650/1800 gives alot more

Is the display active in any operational state other then programing / setup mode? no

How do u lock/unlock the unit? through the menu - press the power button repeatedly till you get there (like 7x or 8x) - its easier than it sounds

Is this PV suitable for a neck lanyard holder or a holster? Found any that will work? possibly - its not light (its steel with a big battery in it, but I could see it working

With shipping fixing to really start, what does everyone think about maybe starting a new thread say called "My order just shipped" and then people could post their order # and when it was shipped?

I know the thread will only probably last a week or so once the pre-orders are complete but figured this way it would be a central location where people could post this information so those down the line can somewhat gauge when theirs might ship.

I know the order number situation where not every order # is for the ProVari but figured it might give a better idea and just one thread to view and track this information for everyone vs. scanning through multiple threads?

Only order # I could see so far was #2888.

Just my 2c,

Make sure you check the specs on the batteries. I noticed some of the 18650 and 18500 batteries are much longer in size and when you screw on the end cap it doesn't go all the way down onto the tube. It will still work fine but you will have a little gap between the tube and the end cap. The high drain AW's fit perfect! I highly recommend getting the proper battery :)

Most of the non IMR batteries that I have tried go up to about 5.1V with a 3ohm atomizer, this is the max those batteries can output. Once you have the AW high drain cells you are good all the way up to the max the device can do.

Sorry bout not seeing that, I remembered seein that # but didn't see it when scanning through the posts and didn't want to post something wrong and have that person who's order that was get excited, etc.

Again just figured I would throw the idea out there since I figured this thread is really fixin to start gettin hit hard with people starting to get their orders, etc.
