eGo is rated 3.1 to 3.4 true voltage... most all so called 3.7 pv's are NOT true voltage unless regulated technology. but that's why lower resistance attys are in demand.

an AW 18650 which is the only way to go (AW) or the new Provari Power (equal quality) will last a year of heavy use and more quite easily... i have some of the first run Vari's since last Nov... and although the use time diminishes, the batts will provide 75% use compared to new.

btw... testing is showing Protected aw 18650's are out performing the aw IMRs... P18500's too.
Well I am looking for a replacement for my unreliable Indulgence. How long does the ego hold on to 3.7V ?
How many month will a 18650 survive in a provari?

the Provari page says no Flat Tops... so i hope you have button tops... not sure but you need to get the dimensions so they are not too long. Longer ones can be used if you don't close the extension end cap (for 18650) all the way... like a 2200 mah or less.
Thank you ukeman. So I will have to go for a provari. Being able to use my old 18650s will limit the damage somewhat. Hope that some European dealers have some in stock. Thanks again.
