People will jump on ProVari wherever they are. No idea why. Just treat it like a standing joke and roll with it, sweetie.
You don't have to talk to them. Seriously. You don't have to sell the ProVari, it sells itself. There are hundreds of threads on ECF debating the merits of the ProVari and even more on the internet. Frankly, if they aren't bright enough to use Google, they might not be able to grasp a one button menu or the difference between a protected and unprotected battery.
You don't need to spout off all the reasons the VW is an illusion, it doesn't matter; someone else will jump in, they always do. Whatever the thing was trying to stick a fork in a light socket earlier was a lightweight - meaner people often come around. You can either answer their questions politely without commenting or ignore them. They will go away. They come here looking for a fight, but if you roll over and play dead they will seek entertainment elsewhere.

I actually broke my provari and they sent me shipping labels to send her in but I can't access the website at work to print them and don't have a printer at home. Going on a week now and I haven't been able to print them yet. Any suggestions?
Can you put them on a USB jump drive take them to Staples or Office Depot?

that's tricky! I presume it's a bar-coded label, not just an address you could copy on a box...here's thoughts:
a) get a friend to print for you
b) pull it up, "save as" an image or something, and email it to yourself at work to print?
c) Stop at a FedEx/Kinkos and pay for 3 minutes on one of their computers to pull it up and print it...

Just e-mail them, and ask if it is ok to send it to them, with a hand written lable, as long as it has the rma number, it should not matter what lable is on the box.
If you're talking about LadieK (?) last night? I think that was misunderstanding - it looked to you like she posted a "bash," but I THINK she was legitimately curious and asking a bunch of questions - then "edited" her post with a "nevermind" when she saw what they cost.

Thanks guys . B seems like a completely logical and easy to come up with solution. I am disappointed in myself. It would seem that I was just too close to the situation and frustrated to think straight. Thank you for fixing my problem. Lol
