Travelling. Did not bring my ProVari - just decided to go with Ego's for the road trip...
Anyway - 1st morning in hotel, awoken by hotel renovation right outside. Power tools, guys clomping on scaffolding, etc.
Sent polite but unhappy email to management.
Within an hour, got a call. Apologies. We'll move you to a new room. Would you like anything else - a bottle of wine, etc.
I said, "new room will be appreciated".
Returned from day with relatives to new room.
Bigger. Quiet. Bottle of wine. Stuffed animal for the kid. Apology note. Gift certificates for local restaurant group ($50). Gift certificate for local ice cream shop. Fluffy robes.
Wow. Nicely done.

And yeah, I shoulda brought the ProVari, but it's SO NEW.
I'm still not familiar with the battery life, etc. I'm just used to bringing a bunch of egos and a wire, not 18350's and a charger...

Once you get used to Provari, you will feel confident about it. I like my full sized with extension cap. The battery lasts over a day. If I'm doing stuff and not vaping as much, I've had it last 2 days. On this trip, I did bring 2 Provari, just in case I have one of my Spazz moments. So far so good. *knock on wood*

I knew you could handle full sized.
You just had to get over the intimidation factor. I am not surprised that now that you've had a taste of it, you prefer it.

All of mine are full sized. No mini in my arsenal. I wanted the longer battery life from the start. Only one of them does not have the extension cap. I have never used any without the extension. Hmm size has never intimidated me

I just put the turkey in the oven. I doubt it's going to taste as good as the bacon turkey but I'm making a ton of gravy so maybe no one will notice.

I hope this is the place where I can post this but I have a slightly funny story.
Did anyone know that they make precooked frozen turkeys? Like they cook the turkey and then freeze it and I guess that you supposed I heat it up he next day or something?
Wanna know how I know this? Last night I'm injecting my turkey for today and realize that the turkey looked a little funny. Whatever I'll just inject it. But then when the needle clogged up with white meat instead of bloody messy stuff I was concerned. So I lifted the skin and pulled a chunk of fully cooked turkey right out of the breast. I was a little surprised and upset saying a couple (all) swear words and then coming to the realization that were having Chinese food for thanksgiving.

I noticed those when I picked up what is actually gonna be our post-Thanksgiving turkey. Which is a fun tradition in my family.
Maybe Chinese food could become a fun tradition for yours?
Mine is because often, when Thanksgiving is with certain relatives, they always want to get fancy. I mean, there's a Turkey, but everything else is going to be some gourmet variant on what I really want - I want pumpkin pie. I want the danged cranberry sauce with dents from the can (yes - I actually like that stuff). And more than anything - I want turkey sandwiches for 3 days.
So its become tradition - when we get home from Thanksgiving, within a few days, we have our OWN. With exactly the food WE want - like "Stove-top" stuffing. And lots of rolls for sandwiches.

If it makes you feel any better I'm not having any of the bacon wrapped turkey, either. That will be at my stepbrother's house where I'm not going, much to my mother's chagrin and annoyance.I just put the turkey in the oven.
