I've been interested in getting my mom an auto with some kick. Nothing worse than buying something that produces no flavor, vapor and TH.
Manual won't work for her- she cant grasp pressing the button and vaping at the same time; then letting go.

I can get by for awhile on 808 autos for a little while but when I get home I am back on the Provari. I just want to get away from so many items and a huge pile of chargers. The 808 cigalikes are running 3.7v, many of the 510 cigalikes are regulated to 3.2

RBAs/RDAs aside, the Vision V-Fate Nova tank with 2.2Ω dual top coils @ 4.3v best gives me exactly what you described. It's like Triton tank vapor characteristics times two without the need to do the tilty-twisty-twirly thing (it outwicks my 100% VG chain-vaping ability). I've been switching between 3 of these for the past 4 days, chain-vaping each, refilled all 3 numerous times, 100%VG in one, 50/50 in another and 80/20 in the 3rd... pure heaven. One tank doesn't like to be filled more than 3/4, the others have no issues at all. Going to load up the 4th with Boba's tomorrow or Wednesday and also dissect one of the dual coil assemblies before committing myself to a mess of these tanks and heads. If you order one, don't order purple... it's as far from aubergine as purple gets. Finish on these is similar to Halo batts... kind of satiny and changes color depending on ambient light, but that purple is more like purply-pink. These come with one dual coil and one single coil head, but there seems to be no consistency on what you'll receive with regards to resistance. I pulled whatever out and stuck 2.2Ω dual coils in each because that's what I like in top coil tanks. Will post some pix later if you're interested. Heck, you can even try mine in 4 weeks if you're willing to meet me halfway from Ft. Wayne. :D Ref: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...nking-about-provari-mini-24.html#post11072958

Thanks Seapup! I think I wrote this on my list to try, but My husband accidentally threw that list away! Ya, a ton of research down the drain..had my notes from Ocelot's blog, Bad's blog on carto tanks...i may take one of his precious helmets and start a Bon fire.

But you totally get what I'm saying regarding the tank I'm looking for but for ProVari. Those Triton tanks aren't bad at all for that set up-warm vape, no fiddling and great flavor. I know there's something out there and will try that tank!

This gave me a chuckle..so cute! My dad sadly, wants no part of vaping either. He said it looks weird and its too hard to use. Mind you, he didn't even try it. He's a Chicagoan, ex Vietnam Vet/steel mill worker..tough outside/tough inside and tough to get him to change his stubborn ways.

Just ordered my 3rd ProVari. Hopefully I won't do any damage to this one :nun:  My other should be back tomorrow from the ProVape Hospital. Then my current one will be getting sent in for a new window. Such is the life of a Spazz.......

Aaaaand? Size? Color? LED?

ETA: Do you have a Serenity Sleeve? If not, I suggest you might consider getting one. I keep mine in them, and it could be the added weight or something, but when I knock them over (regularly) onto the wood floor they always hit sleeve first. The minis do anyway, I haven't had the full sized long enough to knock one over.

I ordered the Black Satin full sized with extension cap, blue LED. Mr. Robin has purchased for me the wooden block that can hold 2 ProVari'. I use it all the time and even take it with me when we are going somewhere that we will be spending some time like at a bar or friends houses or band practice. I haven't had a major accident..... well except when I had the latest in the cup holder in the car. Poor missing glass provari :( That should be an easy enough fix for ProVape.

Leave it to me to shut down an active thread with awkward crickets.

Back on Topic, a ProVari walks into a bar, the bartender pours him a drink and says: "ProVari nice to meet you." Ba-dum-chhhh

Ok I had to laugh out loud there. My helper is now looking at me funny.

LOL! I really love reading the banter, even if I don't always comment:).

I have a black extended with blue lights, and I love it! Goes with everything! I bought a satin mini with red lights, because I hadn't seen all the lights, and had NO IDEA the red would be blinding... I thought it would be neat, and easy on the eyes like the blue. But then, I don't know if all the led brightness' might vary a bit. The blue led is PERFECT. Very visible, very easy to read, but not blinding.

The red, as I am switching through, I wonder if I'm going to trigger a migraine, or for some people, epilepsy, it's that intense. I can see the red through my finger when holding the fire button... and faintly through TWO fingers if I lay another finger on top of the fire button finger. I hope it will dull down a bit over time and use. If it weren't so bright, it would be pretty. As it is, I'm scared to set my mini.

My other two ProVari are the brushed stainless steel. One has the blue LED the other is red LED. I do prefer the blue over the red also. At least I can turn the light off so it doesn't show through while vaping.

Everyone thinks it's easy to hit on you, Robin. But going through this sort of inevitable rejection takes a very special personality. Very "special" indeed...

Tapped out

I'm not sure I understand what is being implied here.

But Do understand this, I do think you are special. ;) I adore your wit, the way you debate passionately and even your flirtatious manner.

:)

Who is everyone?

The red doesn't bother me. It doesn't seem that intense to me. The only time I really see the button is when it starts blinking.

BTW, what color is your mini? I'd be willing to check it out in person to see if it's brighter than mine. :)

Preloader's review on Display colors:

Blue- very mellow, soft on the eyes. Works best on darker ProVarii because bright intense light against a dark mod could be hard on sensitive Anglo-Saxon blue eyes. ;)

Red- pow, bright in your face. Works well on all colors, indiscriminately. However, I really like it on satin and polished SS ProVarii

Green- crystal sharp and sophisticated. A must on the Bronze or White IMO. And still my favorite display. But I have always been partial to the color green.

My mini with red led is a brushed stainless steel... not satin! I am still so new to this, I still get terms confused:).

Here's my current collection, with open and unopened tanks (and more stuff coming). I only have 2 Provari:
