I like RBAs on my ProVari. Since my ProVari has a 3.5 amp limit, I can put a lot of wattage to the coil. The ProVari is a great mod for using standard ohm rebuildables!

Nods to Preloader.

Yeah, I wasn't expecting that. From most of what I had read I assumed I had to use mechs with rebuildables to really get the best out of them, but my Provari is vaping this 1.2 ohm build on my rsst every bit as well as any of my mechs, and the vape quality doesn't drop off. Pretty thrilled about that, actually.

Yes, and the more I play with coils, the more I find my sweet spot on ohmage is around 1.8-2.0. I find a longer coil with more surface area makes a nicer vape, especially with cotton wicks.

I got a mechanical, and I never use it, because for my vaping profile the ProVari is a better choice.

But most who choose to vape are uncommonly clever, charming, and intelligent.

There are a few exceptions....

LMAO! I fall into uncommonly clever in items beyond vaping, charming of course and intelligent in things beyond vaping. Looks like I'm heading over to read Ocelots blog on dripping, AGAIN.

Maybe this time it will sink in as long as bright, shiny objects don't distract me as usual.

Last question, I know this is so subjective..if you guys had to pick ONE method to use with your ProVari for: strongest, purest flavor and have at least a slightly warm vape..it would be... (**praying its not a method that requires a crap load of tinkering :nun:) And if it is a tank, please name the tank....

So far, and keep in mind I've had this thing since Saturday, it's a toss up between a dripping atty and my rsst, BUT, the ole cartotanks are not far behind, and if you don't want to tinker, that's probably the way to go, at least from what I've seen so far. Not that dripping atty's require much tinkering, but not practical for all situations, for me anyway.

Man, was it vape-mail day... :) I had packages from Germany and Poland I wasn't expecting for a few more days come in along with the other stuff. Kinda overwhelming actually. So much to play with. :D A couple of punched cartos came with the Varadero. I need to get Sophia aroused and going for me. :p (Damn, I hate cartos)

The Kir Fanis Varadero is sweet! Looks great on a 'Vari like designed. The Atmistique ...... DT goes well with practically everything. BUT.... The paltry $5.00 Aspire BDC (about $10.00+ retail) is really quite nice. I'm glad I grabbed 3. I need to give that member a glowing feedback for $5.00 each. Anyone looking for an inexpensive tank clearo which almost vapes as well as my high-end stuff really should look into these. Some quick pics.. Sophia is calling me... ;)

Since I don't use the ProVari for dripping, I would say carto tanks.

I actually bought an rba and the thing works great, I don't mind building my own coils for it, it is not that hard at all. Considering I started building coils for my pro-tanks, it is easy compared to those coils. I read a few pages back someone was asking about building coils, for the pro-tank (for provari) I still build mine sometimes, and I use 3mm silica wick to wrap the coil, with 32 gage a1 kanthal wire, I usually try for a coil, between 2.0 and 2.5 ohm, and the flavor wicks, I use 2 pcs of 1mm silica wick, and they work perfect as the purchased ones, with no flooding or burning issues.

Well I recieved my bella today with cartos...used it for about 4 seconds before putting it in the truck and putting the protank back on. I must be doing something horrendously wrong. Spitting liquid at me and not a high vapor...butterscotch doesn't taste good in nicliquid form, trust me.

Flooded carto, maybe? Sounds like when you primed it you may have gotten liquid down the center. After you saturate the wicking material in the carto, try blowing it out through the connection end into a vapor towel.

Possibly, but it seemed like I got more than just what could get in there

I'm just catching up. They blocked this forum at work. Can you believe that?
Give here a chance to "savor" the moment, geez, did you forget the first time you got your first ProVari? :)

Back shortly?????? You can't vape and type at the same time???????? Oh wait, forgive me. I got excited. You do need to focus on the pureness that is ProVari. There aren't many virginities left to lose these days.

I'm still searching for the nirvana delivery system. I'm not dripping for sure, there's no way I'm carrying around a bottle of liquid. Carto tanks I've always done something stupid where I get juice all over me. Now I have over 100 Protank heads so I need to use most of them up before I can switch to something else. If you find something, let me know.

Ok sry, I have to say again, this ProVari is one hell of a mod. I realize I have nothing to compare it to, but it is just solid & smooth. I kno once I find a tank, it will be sick!

I'm glad I only bought one ProTank and thx for the tip on taking out the flavor wick..I'm gonna try that. But I'm a person who needs strong TH and hit of flavor, this ProTank I can tell will not be for me.

I'm def gonna try dripping and carto tank, if both produce strong flavor which I think they will! Now if I can figure out this damn Aurora tank, I'm going to try that w/Gorilla Juice to compare. Why did I start vaping like 5 yrs ago? I wouldn't be so clueless! Hate that!

I'm very much a winter guy....who's been living in South Florida for nigh on 20 years. My family moved down right after I left high school, ended up decided I liked living near my mom more than I liked winter, so I followed 'em down after college. Thankfully, my dad finally ended up taking a job in Raleigh, so I'm going to follow them up after season here. Not quite a New England winter, but at least they have seasons there, and North Carolina is just beautiful. The only seasons here are Hot, Wicked Hot, and Wicked Hot and Rainy with a chance of Hurricanes.
I am 35 minutes east of Raleigh and in Raleigh at least twice a week...my son is in college in Raleigh...Go Wolfpack!! NC is nice with beaches to the east and mountains to the west. I lived in lauderdale for about a year and came back "home"!! I still have family in south Florida and go visit a couple times a year!! My stepson graduates from FAU this semester and then starts medical school! Shoot me a PM when you get moved!
