It's very good news indeed! Nothing really to comment though, it's kind of a wait and see what they decide, I really like that three month reprieve though..

It is good news. It was posted elsewhere so I think the thunder had somewhat subsided by the time you posted it.

I know. That's why I mentioned it was posted elsewhere. On the topic though, extending three months is nice. Obviously we are looking to deep six those regs altogether. But three months is better than no months.

IMO, it is an extension brought forth because the FDA never received even one PMTA.

They probably thought their FDA Golden Goose was going to lay 1000s of PMTA eggs ... nothing but crickets and great companies like ProVape packing it in

My other thought is ... BT is close to being ready with their PMTAs and need a few more months

Yes, we need to blast those regulations out of the universe for sure.
