i'm not up to date with all the regulations;
i've got two questions:
can i send vape gear to a person in the US and write on the package it's vape related?
if i declare the value at 300$ for example,does this person has to pay import taxes?

I sent a Mod from Australia to Washington State last month.
Express Post with no insurance (mod value was about $700AUD) I just labelled it Electronics with no reference to Vape mentioned - got there no worries
