Yeah, and thanks. I had actually already looked her up by then.
I'm just pretending that it's still 1982.

I could pretty much live off III, Physical Graffiti, and Presence.
I was a college sophomore when a friend and I came up from shooting pool in the dorm basement. We heard something in a central meeting room and snuck in an exit. These fellas were hanging out, playing for a couple dozen students. We were mesmerized. The next couple hours made live blues one of my favorite ways to enjoy an evening.First MTV, then music clips. I am being sent to a walk down memory lane.
FWIW, where I went to school was in the midwest. What I learned there has not stayed with me as much as the memories of some up and coming regional bands that played at small venues - the frat parties I sneaked into. On the top of my head, Steve Miller Band, The Buckinghams, Cheap Trick, and what was the name...oh yeah, Chicago Transit Authority. Good times.
Good Luck with that Space Cowboy.
Loved those local live band broadcasts on XRT.First MTV, then music clips. I am being sent to a walk down memory lane.
