It was Instant Pot leftovers today. Left over corned beef & swiss quesadillas with a side of potatoes smothered in spicy black eyed peas with ham.
It disappeared before the thought of a picture. It wasn't very photogenic if I recall correctly. I may have been inhaling it yet my wife finished first.

Today was epic, had a nice 31 mile ride along the river on my bicycle. There was lots and lots of folks out walking and I took great pleasure in zooming past them at dangerous speeds whenever possible LOL...came upon a copperhead snake basking in the sun and warming itself on the tarmac, I couldn't help but to poke it with a stick to make it move along to a safer place...
We has a spring like that 4 or 5 years ago, ENAUD, but they weren't copperheads. Bull snakes, I was told. That made me feel a lot better about bullying them of the path.
There are a lot of A holes around these parts that will run over snakes on purpose...I don't understand their thought process...guess it is just ignorance...
I was gonna post a pic of my new silver mini with a precio on top but I haven't finished the jooose going in it. I could have posted it anyway but I felt as if that might be "faking" somehow and it's not good.
That Going on up to the Spirit in the Sky video made me realize I was like, to the husband, "You know, I love Depeche Mode, (I mean I know most people like, don't dislike them) and I probably have heard most of their heyday songs but I also realized I had NO clue what any of them looked like or ANYTHING. I was like, "Do you?" He was like, "Uh huh. Why don't you turn the video on?
Well it was this one and I will say it has much like loveliness for all:
Then I was like, "Oh thank GOD. Shaudenfreude and thank GOD to my teenaged self."
So after explaining the exact meaning of the word I was like, "I was into U2 as a teen, dude. Looking at this I can't help but think, "All that desire WASTED. But, at least I also did not get um, too religious too soon."
