This was just before the pianist, Roy Bittan, passed, not to mention that Clarence Clemmons passed, too. A well qualified band, a great story that I shared a bit of understanding of. I didn't race, just cruised with my girl in my '68 Mustang that I fixed up.

Always loved that one. So poignant since two more have gone.
I was still snooping on good performances and ran into this one. It is a little off the beaten path, maybe a bit rougher.
This week has been a bit weird for me. Usually I have been just working 8 hour shifts, but Tuesday I had to drive to Ohio, for a delivery for one of our parent company's jobs, and worked 10 hours. Today I had to go to another job of theirs in Mount Juliet Tn, had to get up at midnight, and be at work at 2:00 AM. I put in 15 1/2 hours. 
I am not really used to hours like that.

Not the biggest fan of job travel even if it's free and to some expensive campus where all goodness awaits.
The worst was the Tribe I used to regularly have to visit a kiddo who was in such sorry shape she was sent to an RTC that specialized in "kids who don't do will with RTCs." Only real diff was like, I could see, it was a bit more prison like. I hated that because this poor kid.... Had no one. I would demand and add to gifts she wanted including food which was not actually so good because she was comforting herself with it. That was a kiddo I wish I could have taken home. There was NOTHING wrong with her except her family. I watched her disintegrate in front of my eyes. So yeah been to Utah several times. The only cool part is Las Vegas international AIRPORT it has everything the BEST Cinnabon place, good coffee, oxygen bars, you can gamble if you want (I never want but I like the atmosphere) A TRAIN to take you to non security where you could smoke, and an adult event shop.
Seriously I never missed my connection but sometimes, I wanted to I bet I could have lived there.
I hope things slow down KAS.

Thanks, I am tired. The guy that rode with me knew the route, and did not want to take lunch. That was 15 1/2 hours straight, a good part of my job is doing delivery's, which I don't mind that much. The new owner's company do a lot of out of state work, which we don't do a lot of, but we own a 26' flatbed truck which they don't have. I am the most experienced driver, so off I go. The part I kind of don't understand is why do 2 of us have to go? I have been doing their delivery's for 15 year's, and nobody goes with me for our delivery's. On the other hand driving for 6 hours each way alone, to a place I have never been before would suck.

Well it's a bit odd if the dude can't drive a huge truck unless unloading is a problem. Maybe it's a kind of safety thing who knows, "Keep the truck driver awake."
What does your companion do while you are driving. does he converse or sleep? Don't let him sleep that is not FAIR. Even if you have to practice canons like row, row your boar or even "99 bottles of beer om the wall."

Yeah I don't get it, I can load and unload anything, but for the most part I let him do it. Also yeah he did sleep most of the way there, I already told my boss what I thought about the whole thing, and that I don't like the idea of working those really long hours. It was not as bad as I thought it was going to be though, I went to sleep at 6 PM last night, when I thought I would not be able to sleep. I think I will tell the boss that I would do it again, but any longer hours than that they would have to put me up for the night. I think DOT has rules on how long a driver is allowed to drive non stop.
I did not know that that was there.
It was a job site called Medline Disaster, from a tornado that hit there. I am going to get some sleep now.

I was looking for a happy beautiful song to express my mood but I was like reading some reommendations and when I read "Love Shack" I instantly a) backed away in horror and b) had "Love Shack" stuck in my head and I was not happy.
