LOL.
Yeah - I bought it knowing full well what the condition was. I wanted it as a beater that I wouldn't worry about.
It's fine other than the stupid menu thing. I'll live with it.![]()
what is its max power?

That's weird...but it was a BETA unit so who knows...later versions keep scrolling and showPower adjustment. Current option first (watts or volts), then switches. That's the same as my other one, which is v41.
I'm wondering if v36 just never had a battery meter, maybe?
That looks like an ancient menu.
Any chance you could get ahold of ~Zen and ask him about it?
Honestly, that might even be some sort of beta menu.
Or maybe Bill (ProVari repair guy) might be able to identify that for you.
One other thing: is that line down the middle possibly a battery icon?
Maybe let it run down to see if it gets shorter?
Can you get into the menu and switch between Volt and Watt to see what that does to the layout?
Also, is there an IQ reading in the menu?
And jeeze, one more thing: could that be a Classic chip?

So, it sounds like how they had the "Classic" set up. On the "Classic" you can click-wait-click-wait-click and it flip flops between Watts Volts / ohms battery level. Wonder if your Betas do likewize?Mystery solved, with the help of Double-oh-Kitty.

So here's the dilly; I was looking for something that simply didn't exist with v36. I wanted a battery METER, of which there are none.
The battery LEVEL, however, DOES show, with a 2nd button push. That being said, WHO LOOKS AT THE SCREEN WHEN THEY'RE ABOUT TO TAKE A vape???![]()
Great find, @Katdarling, and I thank you kindly!![]()

I was ready to go all in until you posted in that other thread that size matters. I'm so traumatized that I no longer want to do business with you.

They did a lot of tweeking to the firmware on the P3's, I didn't even think before to try and compare a function to the "Classic" which was kinda a red headed stepchild...they dropped that on onto the market with zero teases or fanfare. It just showed up one day in the Provi thread with a member posting one and asking about it.YOU sir, are 100% CORRECT! That's it, E! EXACTLY what it does.
Crazy button Zen put on it too, but I can't complain. The price was right, and it DID come with one of his fancy schmancy end caps (the swirly ones).

Wow, my cats would love that!Today we went in search of a piece of driftwood to make an indoor tree for the kitty. The piece we found was so big hubby had to cut it into 3 pieces to bring it home. It’ll have a different base and the pieces have to dry before they can be attached, but here is a rough idea of what we got.
