I looked at my back up box tonight. I have way to many for my thinking. Could someone help me out? I need to know if I have anything someone would want.

Thanks for all your help!

Or should I just be content, knowing I have back ups. Or do I need more?

I haven't tried a BB yet, I'd be willing to keep one up and ready for ya in case all them other mods crapped out on you all of a sudden... All kidding aside, I also have more than I will ever need or want for...perhaps it's time to rectify that in some small way.

You definitely need more. I'm surprised you're not in full out panic mode, in fact.

It think mine was $300-ish but it isn't the top end industrial model.

Great mixer, but too big and heavy. It is relegated to our small appliance graveyard cupboard for 51 weeks per year. It comes out at Christmas for my wife's baking and that's it.
I am talking Australian dollars, $800 for the mixer and then none of the attachments were less than $100 with most being closer to $150 - a spare small bowl was $70 here- maybe they are cheaper now but regardless - Like the Provari collection - It was worth being on poor street for a while to have it :)

I use mine all the time, it simply stays out on the counter, mine is extremely heavy but it's the professional kitchen aid... I make all my bread homemade, hamburger buns etc all from scratch, plus the occasional cake etc. We also attend (and cook for) every pot luck at church, as well as the pot lucks at work and various large family gatherings, so it gets a work out.. but it stands up to everything, it's an awesome machine.
Yep mine lives on the bench too :)

Nice collection! I think that's about perfect. IF you have all the spare parts to go with all that.
You'll have to look at the classies in the future. No selling here.:rules:

I was just asking for suggestions from the Provari peeps. And thinking out loud.o_O
Sounded like a good-natured tease to me.
