It's a heat, tank pressure thing. Never ever leave your mod in a car when it's hot out. It's unsafe, your literally cooking your batteries and board when you do. Use a carrying case for your mod and clip it to your belt or throw it in your purse and take it with you in the summer, for safety's sake..

i was thinking about it last week and got a bit worry,since i ride many hours a day on a motorbike in plain sun,obviously with many stops in red lights where i have the sun on me and my shoulder pouch(black one) where i put my stainless steel mod.
hope it's fine.

I leave mine in the car. Here is the problem. Cash in front pocket, wallet in one of back pockets. Two pockets left and I have a heavy Radius, cell, and car keys. One pocket short.
