And speaking of Kabuki on a Provari:
While traipsing through the Internet last night ... yes, traipsing ... I read that Aspire Cleito glass works as replacement glass on the Kabuki. And because the standard (3.5ml) Cleito glass is slightly taller than Kabuki glass, the coil wicking holes are fully exposed whereas they are partially hidden within the chimney of the Kabuki using standard Kabuki glass.
Furthermore, the Cleito 5ml "Fat Boy" glass is said to work on the Kabuki as well, but man that just looks like a shattered
tank waiting to happen.
If that weren't enough, the
nautilus X 4ml Extension kit is said to work on the Kabuki. Making it somewhat top fill capable perhaps, depending on how tightly installed?
These glass options add a bit to the capacity of the Kabuki and that's all fine and good. The 4ml extension might change the thermal properties of the vape since the chimney is longer. Enough to notice? ... don't know. And what other
tank properties might change by using glass alternatives?
The Kabuki is perfect as is to me ... but judging by the price or at some point availability of Kabuki branded replacement glass, Quartz glass or Polycarbonate, some may look for an alternative.
Anyone actually tried these alternatives?
