Plugged in the 60W Radius to PC Via update program and the two available versions are, 03 and 40cc Is this right? Latest update (not 40cc) for the 60W is 03?

03 is the basic firmware that comes with a new Radius.
then there's the 26 and 40cc.
if you got the 03 and 40cc available for DL, i think that means your devices are currently on the ver26 which is the latest one without CC.
