I have a S&W .357 snub nose (scandium) that is always with me. I load my own. I put .38's in it because the 357 will kill the hand and makes a second shot very difficult.

You think like me. That's a Taurus modeled after the SW 686. S & W owned Taurus at one time and Taurus has all their molds to this day. It's also a .357. 7-shot. And I also load it with 38's (Hornady jacketed hollow points). And I also don't use .357 ammo (except to mess around with) because it's too much of a kick for home defense. A 38 will give me the same result without the kickback. I believe the 38 revolver was pretty much standard issue for cops for many decades. Think most of them carry glocks now. Not sure.

Antique 1895 Russian made Mosin-Nagant M-91, field kit and some of the 800 or so rounds of 7.62 ammo I have for it. Arsenal marks on the receiver seem to indicate this battle rifle fell into Finnish hands in one of the subsequent world wars. Long and heavy for far reaching distant accuracy. Bayonet for close in persuasion.

Not for CCW

You've seen a "couple" of Home Chef meals UP in the diner on that table
