I don't think I had heard this one for about 25 years, made me smile. :)

Every Thanksgiving, New York radio stations play this almost on repeat (not, but by midday it sometimes feels like it).

But since I only hear it once per year, I still love it. Timeless... :thumb:

Put a deposit on a boxer pup today. His name is Steel. Now we have to evict Pepe...

Several have gotten to the end of the line. I wish more of the Wilburys would come forward.

The empty rocker represents a few now...

And I've never seen this before, as with many others. Where have I been, that was my era. Guess it was when I truly dropped out.
What's really touching, besides the empty rocker (and what an astounding voice Roy had), is how they obviously really like each other and really like being and playing music with each other. So nice.

Last weekend my fairly new cloths washer quit working, the thing has a safety switch on the lid that locks during the wash. I could hear it clicking, then it would just stop filling. So today I pulled the thing away from the wall, I took the back panel off, and traced the wires back to the control board. All I had to do is cut the 3 wires leading to the switch, and connect the white and blue wires together, now it is working fine again. :)

I actually hated that safety feature from the start, I don't need the lid to lock. I understand why they put these things in, but it was a PIA when it failed. My :2c:

My Dad just got a Jeep Cherokee which has the auto stop/start feature. All it took was unplugging the hood open sensor to override. For an 87 year old who drives about 5000 miles a year and needs to pull onto a highway, he didn't need any delay when he put the hammer down!

It's nice when we can take back control of our devices, here and there!
